Secondly.. the money generated from the sale of hunting licenses, sale of firearms, and outdoor equipment goes back or a portion of it goes back to wildlife conservation in this country.

Then redirect taxes

Tax big companies who threaten wildlife

Ban hunting, that would preserve wildlife

GUN injuries.. yes.. but overall injury? Probably not... firearms accidents are so low in this country...

So the reality is that you are not any safer in the UK.. than you are in the US.. despite having lower gun deaths.

If you compare say suicide rates of the US versus Japan.. you would see that the suicide rate is higher in Japan..despite having so few firearms.

No-one is suggesting guns cause suicides

The take away is this...your "40,000 gun deaths "..is largely an invalid statistic...

Not to the friends and family of those 40,000 or the 70,000+ injured caused by firearms each year.
