Each and every case Home Invasion is a crime. It may be charged differently based on jurisdiction and details.

But there is no state in which the act of Home Invasion isn't a crime.
See post #193, I'm not going to explain it to you again.

    You have "explained" nothing.

Not really. No. Not compared to a pistol. There's no noticeable rise.

The claim was "if you can't handle a pistol recoil, you can't handle an AR". In the context of that claim, we can say that an AR has no recoil.

I've seen quail once. A covey, as you say, from a grassland in Kenya. Was neat.

I shot lots of birds in Kenya. Don't remember quail. we had guinea fowl and partridge called Francolin or something like that

It was like a dozen footballs rising from the grass and flying forward. Not graceful but quite the sight.

So the evidence is clear that bans and prohibition often are associated with increasing levels of criminal activity.
    No it's not

You assume illegal activity would surpass the illegal activity the would be removed.

There would be not massive importation of firearms nor underground firearms factories in the USA

Hunting with firearms is an important and necessary tool for wildlife conservation....

    No it's not

Don't confuse hunting with things like a seal "cull"

...without hunting with firearms.. population management because extremely hard.
What populations need to be managed ?

Secondly.. the money generated from the sale of hunting licenses, sale of firearms, and outdoor equipment goes back or a portion of it goes back to wildlife conservation in this country.
    Then redirect taxes

Tax big companies who threaten wildlife

Ban hunting, that would preserve wildlife

GUN injuries.. yes.. but overall injury? Probably not... firearms accidents are so low in this country...
    Examining Accidental Shooting Death Statistics

    That's accidental deaths

its a good one to compare when you consider the BS you are selling. Comparing the USA gun deaths to SYRIA....
    Yeah a great comparison

The USA and Syria must share many traits

...certainly you are not going to argue that the USA is more dangerous than SYRIA now are you?
    Er ... no

Now.. when you compare the US to say the UK..you find that though the US has far more gun deaths.. we actually have the same level or likely LOWER violent crime rates than the UK.
    Citation needed

And remember the UK is a more urbanized country

So the reality is that you are not any safer in the UK.. than you are in the US.. despite having lower gun deaths.

United Kingdom vs United States Crime > Violent crime Stats Compared

Social media post says U.K. has far higher violent crime rate than U.S. does | PolitiFact

If you compare say suicide rates of the US versus Japan.. you would see that the suicide rate is higher in Japan..despite having so few firearms.
    So what ?
No-one is suggesting guns cause suicides

The take away is this...your "40,000 gun deaths "..is largely an invalid statistic...
Not to the friends and family of those 40,000 or the 70,000+ injured caused by firearms each year.
