Man making illegal rounds used in Vegas pleads guilty

Or more likely the state has no state against Home Invasion, but does against, burglar, robbery, assault, rape...etc

No a state would have to repeal its existing laws and replace with one that cites Home Invasion" as an offense.

Still waiting for the states where Home Invasion isn't a crime.

I am done here.

Play your dishonest games with others.

You have no intent in answering truthfully. It is apparent to anyone in this thread.

Surrender accepted.

In other words, you will play dishonest games rather than answer.

All because every state considers home invasion a crime.

Agreed, home invasion is a crime.

Why do you insist on the dishonest route?

Because that is the only path the gun banners know. Example: their repeated use of the phrase "Gun Deaths" as opposed to "Gun Murders". Why? It triples their numbers to include gun suicides. It's dishonest but it works. Ask most Democrats how many gun murders there are in the United States and the majority of them will say "Over 30,000" or whatever the current number in vogue used by the gun banners. It's deceitful. It's dishonest. It's a lie.

Because not every death caused by a gun is a homicide.

Far from it.
