...you're More Likely to Shoot a Loved One

What a thought, brilliant, worthy of a rocket scientist. If you don't own a firearm of course you can't shoot yourself or loved one,let alone a bad guy.

Are you trying to be funny or did you really not understand?

I never shot anyone. But, according to the facts, my chances of killing myself or the old lady or some other family member or even some random "good" person instead of a a bad guy are pretty astronomical. Why is this so hard for people to digest? It's not rocket surgery.
What makes you special? Do you really own guns or are you blowing wind? Seems your too anti gun to have any as inferred.

Sometimes I do; sometimes I don't. Having one comes in handy sometimes. Sometimes not. It all depends on my situation.

It looks like a happy ending. One gun owner dead and the other in jail.
It doesn't look to me as if anyone died in the incident.

"Nicholas Cole was hospitalized and listed in stable condition, according to the sheriff's office."

Gun owners are killing themselves and each other. No need for “commies” to do anything but wait.

most gun owners who kill other gun owners are illegal gun owners, shooting other felons. Sadly for you, this does not lead to a reaping of pro gun advocates, but rather the diminution of anti gun lefties because most felons hate legal gun ownership and despise the GOP

False. Most gun owners who kill kill themselves.

Another-words, out of all the people who commit suicide in the USA, 20,000 of them happen to use a gun.
Another what?

Did you mean “in other words”?

Opiate, swimming pool and even rope owners are doing so as well - so what?

For those that attempt with drugs, knives or rope the success rate is 10%

For guns its 90%

So what? Guns are designed to be able to inflict fatal wounds - that was not some deep dark secret unknown to the founders. It was precisely because guns can kill that the 2A was added to ensure that the government could not disarm the people - just as the British had tried to do to prevent the American revolution.

Uh....that's nice.

Gun control is constitutional

And even if drugs, knives, and rope only has a 10% success rate, there are other, much more effective suicide methods out there that don't involve guns. Jumping in front of a train and jumping from a height to name two.

But what makes YOU so special that YOU couldn't shoot yourself or family member? Gonna answer up or dodge it?

Which is exactly right.
Are you trying to be funny or did you really not understand?
How else should I answer?

Everything is right here. Read what you wrote.

Comes in handy? Why would it come in handy? Handy doesn't seem too fit for target shooting or hunting. What could you mean?

False. Most gun owners who kill kill themselves.
Didn't you claim to own guns from time to time depending on the situation? If this IS true then you would be at a very high risk of killing yourself or family member since it's doubtful you would be as experienced. Or is this me special syndrome?
