why do you lie and try to hide stupid laws that are only designed to harass honest gun owners, by calling that charade "gun safety" legislation? Is it because the entire anti gun movement is based on dishonesty or is it because you really haven't any real clue what you are talking about?

that was never the intention of the commerce clause and since no one ever used that until FDR did, it shows how dishonest it was. But let's accept your argument. Tell me why the ATF can prohibit a resident in Ohio from making a machine gun for use only in Ohio

the federal government has no proper power to register firearms. especially ones that no longer move in interstate commerce.

Why would I sell my gun to a felon in the first place? If I was worried about breaking the registration law, why would I break the "don't sell to felons" law?

Actually, mandatory registration would just give people more reason to sell to a felon.

And that's exactly why people who want to sell guns to felons would not register them, so if the felon gets caught the seller wouldn't get busted too. Have you thought this through?

That only works if you register it in the first place. And as I said, if you're the kind of person who sells guns to felons, then why would you register it? And if for some odd reason you registered it by accident, why would you sell it to a felon without first removing the serial number?
