Is it that bad? Video was pretty good, nice acting. I like to know what kind of advice you have for kids when they go to school. If they are afraid to get into school.. what to do? How long parents can motivate children to keep going and study if this crap is going on (as it is now)?

Holy crap, that was metal as ****. Also, nice to see another Kulinski fan. Angry David Pakman is a pretty good political commentator.

Kulinski is sane and probably smarter than me (I'm just simple Finn, you know). It's kinda funny that what Kulinski is saying is just common sense to me, but what I'm asking (pretty often) is that how people end up with system like that? (when it comes to guns, education and healthcare). I mean people should be able to point out how it's superior way to do things compared to any other around there on this planet. I have to say that it just beats me, I have 0 clue why things are like they are.

The perspective from the outside of the US is very shocking. We look at your society and see a lot of very good things.

We also see a society that is very very repressive towards individuality. You are very intense about conforming.

This is enforced through social bullying. That is most intense at your schools.

Then throw in more guns than people........

The families of school children are beginning to buy bullet proof back-packs, but I am not sure how good such back-packs are at stopping close range fire from rifles. It's truly the most wonderful time of the year! Such a special place is America.

Cheers and good luck kids, you'll need it.

The only reason to fear is because they are being trained to fear.

Between 1999 when the Columbine school mass shooting occurred, and 2015 according to the below citation, there were only THREE grade school mass shootings, i.e. those at high school level and below.

1. Columbine (1999)

2. Nickel Mines PA (2006)

3. Sandy Hook CT (2012)

A history of mass shootings in the US since Columbine - Telegraph

Wikipedia also listed the following seven:

4. Heritage High School GA (1999)

5. Santana High School CA (2001)

6. Granite Hills High CA (2001)

7. Freeman High (WA) 2017)

8. Marshall High (KY) (2018)

9. Parkland FL (2018)

10. Santa Fe High TX (2018)

List of school shootings in the United States - Wikipedia

Full disclosure, there have also been mass shootings at College level, but I omitted those because the VIDEO in the OP seems to focus on grade school children, in an open appeal to emotion.

I also omitted those "lists" containing various numbers of gun "reports" occurring on school property, since (if I recall correctly from prior posts/research) counted any form of gun discharge at any time of the day and for any reason as "school shootings." For example, that Wiki citation lists a 14 yo who used a BB Gun to shoot at elementary school kids in Dekalb County GA April 2019.

There are 88,744 elementary schools in the USA and 26,760 Secondary schools. • Number of elementary and secondary schools, by type U.S. 2016/17 | Statista

Yes, there is a danger someone may enter a school and take such despicable actions, and we should not ignore this threat. But children seem to be more at risk drowning in pools, or getting into a car accident.

School shootings were not a problem forty or fifty years ago and gun laws were not more restrictive back then than they are now. So if school shootings are a problem now its not because the gun laws today aren't restrictive enough.

If they are afraid to get into school.. what to do?

You can start by explaining to them that they have a better chance of being struck by lightening than they do of dying in a mass shooting.

Aren't you guys suppose to be the party of science?

The Democratic Party has always been a domestic terrorist organization, so it figures many would get their rocks off doing everything possible to terrorize children. That's what progressive Democratic facists-sadists do. They live in constant personal terror of everyone and everything - and want everyone else to too.

But there have not been anywhere near as many mass shootings as the leftwing advertises for with their gun free zone signs.

They are worthless against rifles.

You lost me at over 90% of Americans want UBCs. The Dem. part they poll in the (D) controlled cities and Fudds that could care less as long as they can get that wascally rabbit or what not.

My kids have never been afraid to go to school. If their studies ever suffered, it sure **** didn't have anything to do with school shootings.

I worry more about them getting hurt, or killed in a bus accident going to and from school than getting shot while they're at school.

The video? Pretty idiotically fear mongering. What ****ing idiots thought it was a good idea?...lol

I would say its the fact the media in their zeal to push for gun bans turns these mass murderers into instant celebs.Think about what happens when someone shoots up a bunch of people. The media talks about that person for a couple of weeks. The media shows that person's photo. Speculates why he did what he did. They tell us where or how he got his guns and how much ammo he has. The media gives us the gist of his suicide note, manifesto and talks about his hobbies. And they give a soap box to ever anti-2nd amendment piece of **** out there a soap box to stand on. Now if you used a gun to stop an attempted mass shooter or any other criminal it would be the complete opposite. The media wouldn't give you the time of day. At most a local tv news station might give you a really quick mention. There are some studies suggesting that the media's constant coverage of mass shootings encourages more. Which makes sense. Because most of these high profile mass shooters are suicidal social outcast losers who want their 15 minutes of fame. Some times self preservation kicks in so they turn themselves into the cops instead of committing suicide or dying by getting shot by a cop.

The gun grabbers thought it was a good idea. Never let a crisis go to waste. If there is no crisis, create one.

I doubt the 90% number for the fact most Americans can't agree on ****. Plus anti-2nd amendment trash made similar claims about gun control in the 1990s and the democrats got their asses handed to them in 1994 after voting for the Brady Bill.

Childs mind isn't always rational when fear kicks in and Ad's like this don't help (or how media is covering things).

Given the number of children murdered by their own parents, they are safer at school. Only one word separates this ad from terrorism. Terrorism: the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. This is a lawful use of violence and intimidation in pursuit of political aims.

I can't even begin to explain where it all went wrong, but the simple answer is inertia.
