Because banning guns if the Senate remains rep would go nowhere. Dems are pushing for stricter regulations.

Last I remember, Duke was never elected but I do remember Democrat Klan Grand Wizard Robert Byrd being elected. According to your Logic, that makes everyone in the Democrat party Klansmen.

I would like a ban on assault weapons, but I am also a realist as far as politics go. It won’t happen in the next 5 years at least.

Uh yeah, you mean the guy who filibustered against the 1964 Civil Rights Act and supported the Vietnam War and was a member of the Klan until 1940? You mean that guy? The same guy who admitted he was a Klan member and apologized for his intolerance. Yeah, a real spokesperson for the Democratic party right there.

I think the real question here is if Beto would take guns away from illegal aliens? He gives them a pass on pretty much everything else. Maybe CNN could do a hard hitting/breaking news/bombshell story on it?

I couldn’t open this but that does not mean this will happen. The bottom line is most Americans want something done about gun control and the reality is they have no say in the outcome of what happens with guns.
