Is there any doubt about the un-American leanings of the communist democrat party? These dummasses are not for removing guns from thugs in Chicago, they are for destroying the Constitution, declaring Christians insane, and removing guns from patriotic Americans. To hell with them and their communist agenda.

You kidding? Trump has twisted, contorted and defied the U.S.Constitution since the day he took the oath of office by lying about his crowd size. That was possibly the first of a string of thousands of lies and the 'fascist' right supports him, defends him, excuses him, applauds him and goes right along with the defiance and violations of the Constitution. Now he wants to steal 3.5 billion appropriated for military construction for his stupid wall which is not even going to be 1/4th of the money he will actually need for it.
 
Just what we need another thread on the subject that will show em.

This is one of the silliest comments concerning the constitution I have ever seen-but weekly I see more and more from the anti gun advocates on this board.

The above written words obviously are words from a global corporate capitalist. Remember these are the guys who have declared in the interest of short term profits that people and the planet are commodities to be exploited?

No president has asserted a blanket power to reject any request that doesn’t suit him, until Donald Trump. No president has rejected requests made by Congress on the grounds that the committee requesting is controlled by Democrats, until Donald Trump. If Congress refuses to appropriate funds for a border wall, build it anyway.

If the Administrative Procedure Act requires a notice-and-comment procedure before changing regulations, skip the procedure and announce it anyway. If a racist sheriff gets caught harassing Latinos, pardon him. Urge police to beat suspects, urge crowds to shoot immigrants. If a federal trial court rules against a Trump business, attack the judge as “Mexican”. If a federal judge rules against the “travel ban,” attack the “so-called judge.” If a Court of Appeals agrees about the travel ban, threaten to abolish it. If another judge halts the asylum rules, call him an “Obama judge.” If the chief justice mildly protests that the judiciary is independent, tell him he’s wrong.

Without norms, the Constitution is powerless. There are no norms with Trump. Everything he does is abnormal. Donald Trump is a walking, breathing Constitutional crisis.

Open the borders, open the jails, fight proactive policing, disarm the citizens.

Because he said it was the biggest crowd ever 'in history' to attend an inauguration, That's a lie and documented as such through photographs of previous inaugurations. He also said it wasn't raining that day... it was. And by the way, I did not claim that first lie was in violation of the Constitution. Read again.

Promises Made and Not Kept — 127 Military Projects now on hold to pay for the wall — including in several Senate battlegrounds — trashing farmers with tariffs and favoring big oil over corn farmers — farmers aren’t clutching their guns right now, just their bills they can’t pay —
