So do I need to register or license that Kukri on the wall or the knives in the butcher block or many other knives I own? I doubt it,even though they are deadly weapons in the right hands. But alas when you say deadly weapons you only mean guns.
There was previous assault weapons ban under Clinton and mass shootings decreased. Crazy people should not have guns. Gun buy back program is voluntary, and has already been done in many city. Sounds like nothing radical

WAS. Get over it. It accomplished nothing except somehow making my bayonet lug causing it to be extra evil somehow,but yet I was good to go with a 30 round magazine and muzzle brake(way not to be confused with silencer or suppressor)and folding stock and to top it off it was black. Sure I got some junk I'd sell back,even though I didn't buy them from them to start.
But of course when you read a garbage right wing blog that posts opinions instead of facts, that's what you are going to get

Listening to them is not the same as accepting their purposels. I read over the list and saw one item I could possibly agree with, the rest I totally disagree with and will do what I can to oppose their implementation.

Gun control has been one of if not the biggest losing issue on national elections, it has even been hell for local elections in liberal states like colorado. The whole frenzy relies on a tragedy to push gun control when emotions are high and logic is low, which literally points to the fact none of the gun control advocates really could persuade the american people on any level of logic, and have to resort to emotion and hope that emotions does not end too fast to push their laws.

To answer your question no I don't think the kids are cowards and disagree with anyone calling them one. Attack the ideas not the person.
 
What I see is a lot of stuff that will inconvenience and harass honest, legal gun owners and hardly touch the source of most gun murders - gangs and criminals.

Because it is one of those single-issue topics that absolutely affects a person in the most real way. The government is literally trying to take away what you own - and is trying to find a way to imprison you and completely destroy the rest of your life if you don't do things exactly correctly.

Moreover, most gun owners know how extreme gun control REALLY is now. Here are a couple of examples where if you do it RIGHT it's ok - unless the regulation changes in the next minute - and if not then you go to prison for 5 years, lost everything you have, your career, banned from many types of license, bonding and even international travel - and most important you are banned from voting and owning any firearm for the rest of your life. Destroy and eliminate the gun owner:

You have an AR15 with a 10 inch barrel. What kind of buttstock is on it? They LOOK nearly identical and definitely do the same thing - exactly. But one isn't called a buttstock by the BAFT, it is called a "rifle support." So IF you have a "rifle support" - you're ok. But if you have a "buttstock" on it, that's a federal felony.

You buy a rifle, used, go thru the background check and the whole works. You're out shooting with some buddies. You all are shooting identical appearing rifles in every way - even same brand, stock, scope - literally everything. In fact, they are all out of the same manufacturer's stock
An ATF officer comes along, asks to see your rifles. One guy's rifle. Another guy's rifle. Now your rifle. The officer tells you that you are under arrest because your firearm is illegal under the "points" system. Turns out some previous owner had repaired some internal trigger parts and they were not made in the USA. That's one "point" to many against your gun/you. So away to federal prison you go - say goodbye to your kids, wife, family, job, house, car and ever voting or owning a firearm again - banned from most professions directly and indirectly.

Of course, I'm not writing anything all of you don't already know, correct? All of you get up in the morning, go the BATF website, to check to see if they changed the rules - because what is legal today they might decide is illegal tomorrow - major felony illegal.

There are NO other products like that of any kind in the USA. The government does not just change a regulation is some agency memorandum, and everyone owning a Prius is a federal criminal to be imprisoned - and banned from every owning or driving any kind of vehicle again, nor voting. Don't Prius owners and you are in a position of power in government? By tomorrow you could turn everyone of them into a federal felon unless they secretly destroy their Prius and hide the scrape.

THIS is why ANY talk of MORE gun control is a single issue to MANY people. The goal of gun control is to be able to send gun owners to prison, to destroy their lives, to eliminate them having any political relevance and - of course - assure they never have a firearm again.

I gotta tell ya, I was completely neutral on guns until Parkland.

It was not the shooting as much as it was the awfulness I heard from the right afterwards.

From then on I am demanded STRICT gun control.

That is really shocking. I get it that political discourse is really heated right now, but to accuse people of WANTING more mass shootings to happen, then claiming that mass shootings BENEFIT anyone for any reason...wow. That is beyond anything in the realm of a rational thought.

"Survivors" is just a word. YOU survived that shooting too, didn't you? So did I. They "survived" crossing the street. They "survived" the lightning storm. They "survived" the last minute, last hour, last day.

There is exactly NOTHING courageous in what they did that day nor in the advocacy they have been manipulated into or decided themselves.

The fact is they are so afraid of guns they don't even want police protection in schools because police have guns. They are terrified that they might be put into a position where ethics would require them to try to defend their family members or others. They also are to terrified to think of reality - the instead pretend they are always mom and dad's protected little child - as special as their parents told them - so can not even THINK that they may be a victim of felony crime, of being disfigured for life, crippled for life, or murdered, robbed, mugged... l

There are 19,000,000 felons on the streets of all kinds - millions for rape, aggravated assault, aggravated assault with a gun, attempted murder and murder. There are over 9 MILLION felonies per year in the USA. Well over a million of those will be rape, violent assault causing serious physical harm and murder. What they demand even in theory would not have stopped 1% of those felonies, but rather there would be a whole lot more with all good people turned into defenseless victims to select from.

But those kids are too cowardly to face that reality and too lazy ass to be willing to spend any thought to self defense in the face of that for anyone or themselves, including loved ones.

Crimes including violent crimes are as high or higher in schools than in the general public. But they don't want police in schools. Twice as many people will be murdered by unarmed attacks than by all forms of rifles - including ARs and AKs - COMBINED. But they don't care? They don't care about kids raped in school? No. It is that they are so afraid they literally can not face reality.

Their entire motivation - other than the all-controlling peer pressure to be sheep following a leader - is fear driven.
