Obviously the NRA has stymied the gun ban crowd over and over. You can see that they are at a fever pitch right now
to try what ever they can to damage the NRA! The NRA has an elected broad to sort out any issues if needed. They
have elections every 3 years. Currently they are getting ready for the 2020 election. NRA members as a group are very active
in politics. They vote every election, donate money or work for candidates who respect the 2nd amendment.
They will support pro-2nd amendments candidates and oppose the gun grabbers.

All that's okay by me. Money spent on Wayne's fur lined existence isn't going to work against politicians I like and for politicians I don't. The NRA can by him all the mansions he wants as far as I'm concerned.

1.Many CEOs of non profits make a **** load of money. Do you care how much their CEOs make or is just the CEO of a group who promotes and defends rights you oppose?

2.As long as the NRA prevents anti-2nd amendment trash from trying to ban 10 to 30 round standard capacity magazines and semiautomatic firearms I don't care how much those on top of the NRA or any other 2nd amendment rights group makes.

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

Well, they'd better get their act together quickly. Even trump is attacking them.

WTF Is Up With the NRA? Guide to Scandals, Lawsuits, Infighting – Rolling Stone

Things have gotten so bad that even “chaos president” Donald Trump tweeted at the gun lobby to “get its act together quickly, stop the internal fighting, & get back to GREATNESS – FAST!”

Below, we tease out this hot mess at the NRA:

    THE COMBATANTS
    The NRA

The gun lobby spent $30 million in the 2016 election to boost Trump — more than twice what it spent on Mitt Romney in 2012. The go-for-broke investment paid off in a president who praises gun rights at every turn and appointed two arch-conservative justices to the Supreme Court.

But these victories have come at a deep cost for the NRA. It has lost the boogeyman of a Democratic president, and the cashflow that’s boosted by convincing gun owners that their rights are under siege. The NRA remains under Senate scrutiny for its associations with Russia in the runup to 2016. And the gun group is finally paying a price for evangelizing assault weapons, as the moral authority of the Parkland teens, and a nation repulsed by active-shooter drills at their kids’ schools, has elevated the anti-gun-violence movement into a political counterweight.

The NRA has been hemorrhaging money — losing more than $45 million in 2016 and another $17 million in 2017 — leading the organization to cut back on everything from office coffee to electioneering: The NRA was outspent by gun-control groups in the 2018 midterm elections.

few publications are more hateful towards gun rights and the NRA than Rolling Stone so you might not want to take its word as gospel

I hope you realize that the NRA isn't the only pro-2nd amendment rights organization out there. If the NRA folds then the GOA,or some other pro-2nd amendment right's group will take it's place.
