You were the one who called the NY SAFE law unconstitutional, and I pointed out that the most Libertarian SCOTUS in history dropped the case. And this is your response? :roll: Last I checked, the SCOTUS decides what is constitutional and what is not.

That is total nonsense - adding to the dimensions of something does not make it easier to conceal. Adding the pistol grip makes it easier to control recoil, allowing for faster accurate follow up shots.

If you go out to start your car and the battery is dead, it didn't become dead the moment you discovered the fact.

In the same vein, an unconstitutional law is unconstitutional from day 1, and when a court declares it so, that declaration is effective ab initio.
