It finally happened in my hometown

So many variables within the law. Reminds me that I should stop procrastinating and obtain gun owners insurance.

that's a good question that I have yet to find a good answer for. I have asked several prominent firearms trainers and advocates-including the head of a well respected national entity and another-an officer for the Buckeye Firearms Association and I get varying answers.

I’m going to do a bit more research before choosing, but will act soon. Too many really bad (and expen$ive) legal possibilities involved to continue procrastinating.

They're all in the bottom 10 for murder rate, which is all that matters in this discussion. And no, I'm not for making MN's gun laws nationwide. Gun laws, other than interstate gun trafficking laws, should be made at the state level, subject of course to the 2nd Amendment.

Actually not true... federal gun control has actually decreased over the years in many respects.

Largely because the science showed that most gun control does not work.

It doesn't work to decrease crime or make us safer-but that is not its intended purpose

It does work to hassle honest gun owners and that is why its supporters continue to demand more of it

With the politics of fear.. usually. When irrational fear is high.. there is a push for federal gun control.. and gun control in general.

When logic and facts prevail.. there is less push for irrational gun control.

gun control is irrational as crime control. Gun control is a logical weapon for left-wingers to use against people who vote against the creeping crud of collectivism (since collectivists make up 98% of the gun banners)

But the post is still a fact. We have had more federal regulation... and they have been rolled back when it was found that those federal gun controls.. did not work.

Just the facts.. Vegas.
