How Trump will win in 2020

Some of the democratic contenders such as Cory Booker are pushing for much stricter gun control. Being that as it is, I hope Booker or somebody else like him does win the primaries and run against Trump in 2020 because that means Trump will win. The reason why Obama won in 2008 and again in 2012 is he did not push for stricter gun control the way some of these democratic contenders are such as Booker although its not limited to just him. Even Hillary didn't push for stricter gun control in her campaign the way some of these democrats are. Anyway it would be great to see Booker run against Trump in 2020 and embarrass himself as he loses big time. Here is an article on it.

Normal politics. Run to the left to get the nod, then worm your way back into the center.

I'm not sure why it would be so big of an issue. Trump banned bumpstocks, which is more than Obama ever banned.

It is a big issue because while a majority do support a background check, as if that isn't already being done, but do not support bans or Registration. The problem is most gun owners would not comply and it does not address the issue if gun violence in their neighborhoods or the Nation since most gun violence are connected to criminals that will ignore the law and suicide's which is a mental health issue.
Dems need to back off this issue as Obama did or yes it Will cost them Millions of votes from gun owning Dems and Indes.

Sure, I wouldn't recommend they run on it as a big issue. However, why the idea that Trump would be better on gun control than Obama? He's already done far more. I guess the sheeple will still believe it, but actual evidence begs to differ.
 
Thankfully, Cory Booker is a dim bulb and not a threat to American's right to keep and bear arms.

His grotesque gun-control plan is to remove the 2nd Amendment and make gun ownership a privilege granted by the government, instead of a right recognized in the Constitution for the past 228 years.

Booker's plan would never see the light of day. Even if it were to somehow pass the Senate, the Supreme Court would promptly smack it down.
