This is where the problem lies. You ask a simple question of a mind dead right winger, and all you get in return is some dribble that has nothing to do with the question asked:

"If I were to load all of those mags, and go to a crowded church, do you not think I could assault that church, and the people within?"

that doesn't make the firearm an "assault weapon" anymore than a soldier carrying a steak knife makes it a "weapon of war"
