To Those Who Don't Live In The USA, Stop Criticizing Our Gun Rights

Yeah, I'm not sure what stores he's looking in (IF he is), but I've seen it in stores... They have plenty of venison...

My dad was a hunter, so I grew up eating plenty of it. It's quite tasty, and we'd even make some of it into jerky (among other things). Now, I don't really eat it (since he doesn't hunt much anymore, and I have no desire to get into hunting).

Quite right. My dad was the same. He also liked to hunt quail and rabbits, which can be good eating when prepared properly (rabbits are easily overcooked, making them tough). The rabbits were pests. Farmers were more than willing to let him shoot rabbits on their land. Some even paid him to do it.

He also liked fly fishing and ocean fishing. I don't hunt anymore myself, but I still occasionally like to river fish. There's nothing like fresh trout!

So I take it that you don't eat much (or any) meat products then??

I've eaten meat from cows, deer, pigs, turkeys, etc... That meat tastes really good, too. Those animals had to be "slaughtered and butchered", however...

He says he buys his meat from stores. He thinks killing animals is barbaric. Go figure.

Interesting... I wonder how he thinks that the meat he purchases got to those stores in the first place... Must be some kind of magic?? Otherwise, he is supporting and benefiting from the barbarism which he decries...

stuff died of natural causes-he gets his meat from the funeral homes that prepare the animals for burial.

I just pick up my fresh game from the wild animal hospices in wilderness areas.

We are over 40 times less likely to be shot than you are and we see that as a good thing .... why don't you ?

Your argument and your opinions haven't mattered since 1776.

There have been a bunch of people who've posted on here who are from countries other than the USA and they like to criticize the USA for having gun rights and they talk about how their country is so much safer since its got much stricter gun laws and much less gun deaths than the USA. Well here is what I have to say to all such people, you can stay in your country and be happy and stop criticizing my country and the fact that there's more in the way of gun rights in my country. Since you don't live here, since you're not an American citizen, how things are done in this country is none of your concern and none of your business. I don't criticize how your country is run, even though I might not agree with how some other countries are run, such as the UK or Japan, that doesn't bother me since they're doing it over there not over here. How you run your country is your business. How the USA is run is not your business and not your call.

Yes. People should have the right to accidentally kill people at a wedding... GUNS!

This was in India where they don't have the kind of familiarity with guns that they do in the USA.

And they don't have much in the way of gun rights either.

A country can have familiarity with guns?

What exactly is the purpose of your silly post? Are you bored and trying to stir things up?

Untold number of innocent people killed by guns is a serious issue... should I list the massacres? How about Christchurch?

Yeah, I thought so.

That's why good people should be armed, to stop such massacres.

Fail. Try again.

Why bother-you will argue against your own position soon enough. You aren't even attempting to disguise your silliness

Law abiding people who want to own and carry guns.

Almost all of the mass shooters were law abiding people until they shot up women and children with assault rifles...

Watching children get killed by gun nutters who supported by gun nutters who fail to understand that less guns equals less innocent deaths sucks...

No they weren't, most if not all of them had mental disorders.

No it doesn't. Everybody dies including innocent people. If they don't die by gun they will die by something else, if by nothing else old age.

So if a person has a mental disorder they are not law abiding citizens?

Oh, you can not differentiate between being murdered and dying from old age... OK. That really helps me understand who I am dealing with. Thanks.

Not if they break the law as a result of their mental disorder.

Alright put it this way, if countries with stricter gun laws have lower murder rates by gun that doesn't mean they have lower murder rates overall.
