An open mind. What a refreshing change on this forum
You should read the first sentence more closely.

"One of the great things about this forum is that I get to read the ideas, ideologies, and sometimes idiocy from overseas." I know what it says because I wrote it. I mean every word. Most people in England understand what an idea is, and an ideology is, and what idiocy is. Very few have not confronted plenty of all three within their ranks as well as ours. The OP is a perfect example of the latter. You should read the first sentence more closely.

My post does not classify posters. It classifies content. You are going to have to use some other post to insult him with. My intention was clearly not to insult posters. So you select the content, and I will be happy to let you know which category, if any of them ( not designed to be all inclusive list of categories) I think the material belongs in. Its not up to you to pick for me.Guess where we think flogger gets classified in your first sentence.
You don't mention where you get your sources from but assuming they're correct, since you don't live in the USA this shouldn't concern you. You can stay in your home country of the UK if its so safe. You still haven't answered my question as to why you're complaining about United States gun rights when you don't even live there.
People from overseas criticize our gun laws because the US is a goddamned war zone. Everything is so polarized. Everyone views everyone else as an enemy to be defeated.
When we act like children, we deserve to be criticized.
Except for the fact you are over 40 times less likely to be shot dead in the UK you mean?
Here's what I'm asking you to do:
1. Look at the gun death rate of a country of your choice, say, the the UK before strict gun control was implemented
2. Compare the gun death rate before gun control to the rate after gun control and see if there's a significant difference.
The fact that you're refusing to do so indicates to me you don't have a leg to stand on.
people who see the USA as a war zone are not ones worth worrying about or giving their opinion any credibility
Even when many urban areas of the US clearly already are ?

you mean the ones run by anti gun democrats?
Why do you keep thinking bullets care about politics ? I'm guessing its because it suits your certain lethal 'persuasions'
Why do you ignore the fact that gun violence tends to be highest where people who think-I mean feel-as you do, are in control?

No gun violence tends to be higher where there is a lot of guns ..... sorry if its a bit confusing for you and I understand that
The fact that our (already tiny) gun deaths have declined by 75% since 2001 thanks to prudent gun legislation is clearly something you will never accept
you seem unable to understand that areas like Chicago had very few legal guns but lots of gun crime while many areas have lots of legal guns but very little gun crime. It is probably because you see gun ownership as a crime-whether the guns are owned legally or not. In fact, I suspect you hate lawful gun owners more than armed criminals
What's the current total homicide rate in England/Wales, and how does that compare to the homicide rate in January 1997?
No I just know you guys like the macho idea of killing circa Hollywood and sadly thats never gonna change because you like it that way
There have been a bunch of people who've posted on here who are from countries other than the USA and they like to criticize the USA for having gun rights and they talk about how their country is so much safer since its got much stricter gun laws and much less gun deaths than the USA. Well here is what I have to say to all such people, you can stay in your country and be happy and stop criticizing my country and the fact that there's more in the way of gun rights in my country. Since you don't live here, since you're not an American citizen, how things are done in this country is none of your concern and none of your business. I don't criticize how your country is run, even though I might not agree with how some other countries are run, such as the UK or Japan, that doesn't bother me since they're doing it over there not over here. How you run your country is your business. How the USA is run is not your business and not your call.
Far fewer of our people are being shot than there used to be . Why do you find that so threatening ?
do you think you bolster your pathetic anti gun arguments by lying about the motivations of people who don't buy into your anti gun nonsense.
The homicide rate in January 1997 was 11.5. Now it's at the highest since 2008, when it was 14. Why do your people like killing so much?
