Harvard Graduate Asked To Leave Apartment

at least you alt left radicals dont deny that you deliberately fight against the right to bear arms.

You wouldn’t know alt left (fake term) if it bit you in the ass. And I wasn’t fighting against the 2nd amendment which is why your comments show a reading comprehension issue on your part.

every time you post we see it.

Again the only thing your comments have demonstrated is you are having reading comprehension issues. Show where I have been anti second amendment.

your posts indicate that you support the removal of this innocent american for exercising their constitutional right. they will be sued though and the victim will win a lot of money.

sorry that hurts your alt left feelings lol (laugh out loud)

Based off the information at hand her roommates should not have violated her privacy like they did and crossed the line of both roommate and friend. Hopefully she is able to figure something out to where it doesn't hurt her financially too bad until she can find a new living situation.

Nope I never said I supported it and in fact said she might have protections from it. Again your dishonest comments are all you have. Also her situation has nothing to do with the second amendment so your comments are dishonest again. Sorry the truth hurts you.

A gun just lying around is not a safety issue. It will not jump up and shoot someone. It takes physical interaction for a gun to go off.
How true. But tell that to the anti gun nut and your just wasting your breath.

There are always different sides to a story. If she left her firearms unlocked and accessible to her roommates, obviously she wasn't very responsible. As to whether her rights were violated or not, that depends on many things. For instance, if she didn't divulge she had unlocked firearms, then that could be on her.
If it was "just laying around" as you seem to suggest, why did they search the room until proof was found? That dosen't sound very accessible to me. Sounds more like being nosy because someone thought they had a hunch.

=Utility Man;1069360450]So nothing broken and they had her firearm(s) in hand ?
In hand? I'm surprised they go near it. The evil stuff and all that sh#t they seem to do on their own.
Sounds like that could be a safety issue :thinking
Yeah. Being the goody two shoe slobs they are it's a wonder they didn't shoot themselves.

How do you know her roommates don't have kids over? How do you know there wasn't an agreement between them all that no guns be on the premises? Seems you only want to look at ONE side to the story.

Myself? I don't know. There may even be protections for her from the city or state in this instance if there wasn't. But being pro-gun doesn't mean you get to do what you want, when you want it by that alone.
I don't recall reading about any such agreements in the article. Surly someone would have bellyached about it.

WRONG, I'm saying that if they have an agreement that there are no guns in the house, and she lied, her roommates MAY have the right to kick her out. I even pointed out that there may be protections for her (from the city or state) FROM the roommates kicking her out. I don't know. As usual, you don't bother to read and only read into what you want to.

No, that is just you not reading and throwing out dumb and dishonest comments.
Dumb comments? Where did it say in the article about any lets not have guns agreement? OH wait it didn't because if it would have been part of the deal it wouldhave been brought up.

If there is an agreement that they not have guns in the place than she can move elsewhere or with folks that don't mind. OR she may have protections from being kicked out, I don't know. Do you know for sure?
NOW you say if,now you bring that up? post#20. Though you brought it up in post#11. How about the facts of the post instead of the if's(yeah I went back and re-read it and saw that I read it right the first time).

What is not legal about it?

Searching someone’s room without their consent and possibly evicting someone for owning a firearm depending on the city/state laws

leave it to the alt left radicals to rush to the defense of the wrong party. go figure.
Yeah even when they gotta fabricate it to their own taste.

There is no invasion of privacy. They searched a room they pay rent on
She was not evicted
Completely legal

It was not her room. It was merely the room she slept in - in an apt they all were renting as a group.

And the girl was not evicted or even threatened with eviction. She was asked to leave.

Kiss her ass out.

She disrespected her fellow room-mates and their safety.

She put herself above others

She can go find somewhere else to live where people don't care about being shot.

Wonder how much time they took checking out her underwear drawer.
She was not evicted

Completely legal
Yeah your right. Sounds like SOCIALISM to me.

My,my aren't we just the eloquent a## hole?
She disrespected her fellow room-mates and their safety.
Of course her room-mates NEVER disrespected her at all.
She put herself above others
It appears to be the other way around.
She can go find somewhere else to live where people don't care about being shot.
In other words where people don't care if they live or die or get they're asses raped when it could be prevented.

Wonder how much time they took checking out her underwear drawer.

Yeah your right. Sounds like SOCIALISM to me.

Everything you hate sounds like socialism to you, expecially if guns are implicated. Living in a house without guns lessens your chance of being shot dead.
