Hawaii's database for gun owners

Except of course that it also includes anyone just visiting Hawaii also.

That's not entirely accurate. According to the Reuters article posted, it only includes visitors who bring a gun to Hawaii.

No, you can't. Marijuana is still illegal in the entirety of the United States.

And it is a Schedule I drug, not Schedule II.

Fact. I can smoke pot directly in front of a cop in Nevada and he CAN NOT arrest me for it. That is as legal as you can get

Show me the federal law that prohibits States from making pot legal. I've shown you the law that prohibits States from making a registry of guns. (which btw Hawaii's law does not do as it is using a federal database to house this registration which is most definitely barred from making a registration of gun owners).

This is where you won, in case Vegas's typical goal post moving, logic bending, and baiting dismissals make you think otherwise (I'm quite certain they don't...hehe).

This is where you lose because you have nothing. LOL

It's not "as legal as you can get" because it depends, at the very least, on what kind of cop. Is the cop DEA or FBI? Then yes he can arrest you for it. Nevada police may also be able to arrest a person for violation of federal law, though not if Nevada law prohibits it.

Fact: Marijuana is illegal everywhere in the United States.

Fact. Not a single person has been arrested for possession of marijuana in Nevada since it passed. Not one

It remains illegal nonetheless.

On paper only. A meaningless point
Thank you for conceding, finally, the point that you cannot "legally get high" and it is not, in fact, "as legal as you can get."

I can smoke a joint in front of a DEA agent and not get arrested. That is as legal as it can get
He can absolutely arrest you. And it being LEGAL is being as legal as you can get.

He wont. I guarantee it
Your guarantee means **** all to me, and even if he doesn't, that does not mean it is legal. Just because a cop doesn't give you a ticket for going 56 in a 55 that doesn't mean your conduct is lawful. It just means he's not going to spend his time on you that day.

I can guarantee it every single time

Yeah, the fact that he never once provide the law shows that he has nothing more than rhetoric at best.

Good for you if you think that. It's still illegal.

Grizzly...you are, of course, correct, it would still be illegal. Leave the kids' game for the kids' table, the adults know what you mean. :)
