Reinforcing The 2A with the 9A, 1A & Article V.

This thread is an extension of an earlier thread, which ended up focusing on the 9th Amendment as it reinforced the 2A & the 1A using the 9th Amendment.

Protection of the 2A peacefully requires that free speech have robust service to its purpose, which is the same as the 2A, the protection and enabling of human life in continuity and peace.

These are purely American concepts in some ways, and, basically profound natural law, raw philosophy and immersion in human social instinct.

The other thread filtered out the unaccountable, and found someone accountable to reason to diagram WHY and HOW using the 9th Amendment to reinforce rights that are retained, by seeing them newly written down. It basically comes down to creating an informed majority, which has elements of a catch 22 in our current environment. In order to bypass that, the very best tactic is to not focus on a specific issue, but instead generalize integrating lawful and rightful concepts of intent for our constitution. Jefferson's view was that each generation should participate in reformation of the republic IF NEEDED. But exactly how this is done is not taught in schools. That is for a reason, after 1871 the federal government was infiltrated by the empire, so the compromises began then, fraudulently, so, they can be reversed, but only lawfully with constitutional purpose.

Our constitution has the intent, through forefathers design, to be continuous and adapting as a shield from tyranny while also empowering our greater safety, security and happiness. It is up to us to decide exactly how this is to be done. Needless to say, our systems for doing that are inadequate and corrupted considerably.

Firstly, invocation of constitutionality for the purpose of using the constitution by a majority is needed.

A universal definition of right under the 9th Amendment is used for that purpose, and it is based in the written right and intent of the Declaration of Independence.

1) We have the right to alter or abolish government destructive to unalienable rights.

The above is needed in order to invoke the 9th Amendment right in service to the intent while refining constitutional intent

2) If the framers intended for Americans to alter or abolish then they intended that free speech have the ultimate PURPOSE of enabling the peoples unity under law needed to alter or abolish government destructive to unalienable rights.

Not rocket science at all. Very simple and there are no sincere, informed Americans who can find a reason to NOT accept those definitions.

Buried in the other thread is a proposed, draft revision of the 1st Amendment that perfects it for our very human purposes. It enables the states formally to cooperate in creating the ultimate for of accountability from government by simply connecting up the masses with communication media in an orderly fair, socially consistent manner which transitions from the current media debacle.


The process for doing this Citizens is majority control over their state legislations using the intents of the federal constitution, newly defined as only the people can do WITH a demand for a convention, in the state, to propose to the others states that the 1st Amendment be revised to list rights newly defined and that states revise their own constitution to be consistent and operative with the federal. Also the same applied to securing the vote.

How our world looks from that point on, media slowly changes as communications systems like the usenet adapt to more modern, complex software are put online. With that, public opinion upon priorities is developed while obvious issues of mass effect receive national publication at prime time, major commercial channels, on a regular basis. That right there corrects a number of dysfunctions in politics while the voting systems are made consistently transparent and accountable.

In that, the 2A is protected because the public perceptions of need to compromise it for greater safety are radically altered by the facts controlling human behavior. Currently the public is highly mislead and manipulated relating to most of the fundaments our society must give attention to for the greater safety, security and happiness is secured.

What civil rights supporters do not understand is that there is essentially a "right that protects all rights" integrated by inference in our constitution.

Because we have free speech, we can talk about and unify in support of any retained right. And, if done in a majority, such an unlisted right is not to be denied or disparaged. For hundreds of years years no listed, but presumed under common sense, were basically recognized. This is no longer. As Americans have been manipulated by media away from common sense, and towards devotions to wants and desires developed by media to increase profits of corporations, the government has increasingly taken advantage of the lack of awareness of retained rights, and is starting to compromise a number of them as corporations have increasing influence.

In this is a controversy that is solely contrived by a treasonous element that was exposed by congressional investigation of the Church commission in 1975. I won't go into it here, but essentially it is driving the mass shootings for the purpose of compromising the 2A and disarming Americans. Many who are paying attention with open minds are realizing that events like LV at the Mandalay are a part of this, or something even bigger. But the deep state is tightly controlling the information the public gets.

And, the draft revision of the 1st Amendment above shows how the same type, sparsely worded Amendment as the current 2A, can be extended to show which speech the government must support and encourage to empower the continuity of the constitution.''

The fact of the controversy regarding the intent the framers had with the 2A indicates that reinforcement of it is also needed. But, exactly where and what is not even discussed. So that is what this thread is about, pointing that fact out.

Clearly, to any thinking American, people kill people, not guns. Very few of those Americans realize that mental health care is grossly inadequate, I mean really bad. This, despite the intent of the Hippocratic oath and many of MD's and Psychiatrists as well as psychologists that KNOW mental health treatment is a joke.

One thing that Americans do not realize, because academia is controlled by the church, is that human beings are very basically controlled by their unconscious mind, AND, psychology and psychiatry actually have no real treatment that is direct to the unconscious. What this means is that people who are tormented and may lose control, who also know there is no effective treatment, essentially deal with their demons alone until they break and destroy themselves, or, in anger, resentment, hate, go off on the society around them with a firearm, which are readily available. Believe it or not, this MD is the only doctor who has come out and stated the fact.

Why? Why just one web site that medically outlines the unconscious control over a human being? Billions on the planet controlled the same way, but there is nearly no understanding of it. I would present that since the crusades, European descendants have an intrinsic fear of presenting the facts in public. Of course church controls academia, and doctors that are already conditioned as children, meekly conform and simply get what certification they can and continue with business.
