Time to stop making shooters infamous, thus motivating copycats.

Time to start better mental health programs and begin recognizing danger signs displayed by such individuals, then direct them to mental health help.

Time to start figuring out what's been motivating such people to do such things in the last 20 years, and address them rationally.

NEVER time to restrict individual rights protected by the Constitution, especially one lawfully observed by tens if not hundreds of millions of people...simply because a miniscule fraction of a fraction act out in this way.
