The U.S. isn't the country that was concerning me as to whether you consider it a developed country.

If you ask what's the worst OECD country and identify in what context you mean "worst," I may have an opinion on the matter and thus be able to answer the question. If you don't ask a precise enough question, I will have to refer you to something like this -- https://www.usnews.com/news/best-countries/quality-of-life-full-list -- and not offer my own opinion.

Wait a minute....What?

Why is Somalia even being mentioned as a point of comparison in this thread? While I've asked the OP-er what countries he considers "developed," even not knowing what that means to him, I'm sure Somalia doesn't fit his definition of "developed" countries. I mean, let's be real. Somalia is developed in comparison to largely uninhabited places, Antarctica comes to mind, for instance.
