yep, you've been around long enough -you should have seen it

I'm gonna need a link showing, New York is "winning" again. Considering the month isn't even over.

The fact that London surpassed NY even for 2 months for the first time since like the 1800's is telling considering their very strict gun law. You have people over there making homemade machetes. Are you telling me if we ban guns murder will disappear and people will not find another way?

When I posted that it was 50 to 47... NY.

<Sob> I guess mine has failed miserably in fulfilling its only purpose. /S

Not its only purpose...

Its intended purpose...

And my AR defends my home, family, and castle. And depending on where I live, puts food on my table. So your comment re a 'killing tool' is rather foolish if you arent willing to apply it universally.

Dangit...I replied and didnt even know I already had one foot in the trap. Well played.

And if taken in a robbery it could be used in a school shooting...

I prefer to ban Stupidity, with that Law in place everyone will far safer.

Stupidity is protected by the Constitution.

Individual gun rights are not. It is a collective right.

And if taken in a robbery it could be used in a school shooting...
Yeah...Im not falling for your stupid comments twice in one thread...nice try though.

Do you deny stolen guns are used to murder people?

That cold be said of any firearm. An AR15 has been used in a school mass shooting twice in the 54 years US citizens have owned them. In both attacks fewer people were killed than in the Virginia Tech shooting where a madman with a pair of handguns killed 31.

Not according to the highest court in the US, and not according to our history. It's never been treated as a collective right by the government.

Depends on the type of Stupidity.
Nope, it is an Individual Right.

Cute...pretending like you want to have a serious discussion. THATS how you reel em in. Not this time pal.

Yes. For two months it was higher by a few... New York has since regained the honor of having more murders.

Try harder please. Think. Read your own links...
You didn't specific any time period, why should I? Make a blanket statement, you get proved wrong. Try harder.

How to Ban the AR-15

The lamestream media told y
ou:

Many times over: No one needs an AR-15. All we want to do is ban the AR-15. It’s a weapon of war. It’s a killing machine. It has no place on our streets. The Founders never could have imagined any such thing in the hands of the public. It’s too dangerous for the public to own. The magazine is too large. The bullets can be fired too quickly. It’s scary looking. You don’t need it to hunt ducks. It doesn’t matter if police have them.

The Uninvited Ombudsman notes however that:

Having listed those familiar complaints, I’ll answer them just as fast: Property ownership in this country isn’t based on need (and you don’t get to decide someone else’s need, that’s the communist model). All we want is to have the finest rifle made. It’s a weapon of peace. It’s a self-defense firearm. It’s perfect for the public. The Founders never could have imagined throwing your voice further than you can speak either. It’s too dangerous for the government to be sole owners. Insufficient ammo supply can be lethal. Slow-firing guns are dangerous. Scary is in the eye of the beholder, you might need treatment. Preferences for hunting are personal, immaterial here, not your concern and disconnected from the right to keep and bear arms. Police have them for the exact same reasons we want them. OK, so much for that.

There is a lot of talk about this lately. It only seems a matter of time

Discussions with Bodhi when he is in troll mode....

Of course...the 'real' Bodhi comes out in the last few seconds after you give up.

Not according to the highest court in the US, and not according to our history. It's never been treated as a collective right by the government.

The laws and SCOTUS are wrong... not sure what else to say.

Nope, it is an Individual Right.

According to SCOTUS... which is wrong on this.

Like the dred Scott decision?

That is a very hollow retort.

Hopefully we get better posts...
