First use of term GUN RIGHTS

Yeah it's super easy in this country to get illegal guns

Exactly. Key word illegal. And that's why we should do a better job enforcing the laws we've already got, instead of making it harder to legally get guns we need to make it harder to illegally get guns.

but enough people are mentally ill and they kill people everyday ,true ?

And mentally ill people are prohibited from getting guns. So by better enforcing the laws that prevent mentally ill people from getting guns that way we will cut down on the number of murders done by mentally ill people at least where they use guns. As for mentally ill people who use other means to kill, that would require other measures.

Except that does not work anywhere on the planet....its a great plan except for that. LOL

What's the point of having laws if you're not going to enforce them?

We CAN'T enforce inadequate laws. We CAN enforce adequate laws. The laws we have suck that is why they never work.

And what is the difference between an inadequate law and an adequate law? Can you give me examples?

At the federal level, none is constitutional. training for CC at a state level is not a violation of the constitution. UBC is designed to create a demand for registration. Even the Obama administration admitted UBC are worthless without complete gun registration.

And at the same time, look up "property rights". I want to know when folks first started thinking that dirt and rocks had rights.
