Democrats have shown themselves to be anti-2nd amendment.There is nothing false about that. For example I bet you support all sorts of restrictions on the 2nd amendment under the guise of common sense gun control.Most 2nd amendment opponents such as yourself tend to be liars who are totally clueless when it comes to guns.

So you are saying that you don't support banning certain semiautomatic firearms under the guise of an assault weapons ban? Are you saying that you don't support making it harder for law abiding citizens the right to keep and bear arms? Are you saying you don't support a ban on 20 to 30 round standard capacity magazines under the guise of an assault weapons ban?Are you saying that you don't support any of the other gun control measures that democrats in general tend to support?

Tell that to the sheriff and the progressives in south Fl that instituted the policy of letting juvenile crimes go unprosecuted, paving the way for this kid to buy a gun when he would not of been able to had his earlier crimes not been ignored.

Oh, is that why the NRA cuts funding to actual research on clarifying the real public health impact of going ownership, and places gag orders on physicians to keep them from educating their patients on the potential dangers of gun ownership in the home and gun safety practices?

you're lying again. the only thing banned was the CDC using our tax dollars to create anti gun propaganda. Federal law enforcement agencies are free to study crime and its causes as are left wing propaganda groups funded by the JOYCE foundation and other anti gun sources. Where do you think that crap that comes from an economist who works for the Harvard Medical school comes from?

we know that 80% or MORE of all gun murders are caused by people who are already banned from owning guns. If you add those who have juvenile records or engaged in criminal activities at the time they commit murder its closer to 90%

so why do you gun banners fixate on less than 10% of the gun shot deaths rather than the 90% ?

Since the CDC has published multiple studies since 2003,as have the DOJ and NGOs, there is no such ban on gun violence studies.

The issue was not gun laws. The issue was how to store guns safely so that children in the house cannot get to them. The NRA felt that starting to talk about the potential dangers of guns in the home might get people to start thinking, so they banned doctors from being able to bring this issue up. The NRA felt that starting to talk about the potential dangers of guns in the home might start to spook customers and make them think a little more before stocking up their house an a munitions depot, so they banned doctors from being able to bring this up with the parents of their young patients.

Doctors talk about how to store away the bottle of bleach and other dangerous chemicals with their patients as well. They talk about placing barriers on the electric outlets so little fingers do not go in there. It’s all part of childproofing the home for new, young parents. But apparently, there’s something very different about guns which becomes taboo to talk about. You must never mention the holy of holies by name.
