Common Trait Among the Gun Control Crowd

Perhaps you and I have a different meaning of "common". Evidently we would also have a different understanding of the word "anecdote".

Anecdotes are quite commonly used by the “pro gun” crowd, so you don’t really have a leg to stand on there.

Anecdotes work to provide a counterexample to a universal claim; they aren't useful to supporting such.

And yet anecdotes are just as routinely used to back universal claims by your "side" as well.

Feel free to call them on it. If I see it, I will too. I upcheck the 13% of the population claim every time I see it.

If I own a gun it isn't going to stop gang bangers from robbing the liquor store across the street. This only works if and only if I just happen to be there. So I fail to see your point.
Or until said gang bangers get drunk and decide to pay the house across the street a visit because they saw someone peeking out the curtain or just on general principle.

=NeverTrumpGOP;1068198358]Aw it's cute how you both jumped to the same hive mind conclusion.
I've noticed a lot of anti gun people here that seem to have that hive mind.
I'm just saying I have no need for a gun and don't care for the often hyper-crazy gun culture that I always see.
How about that gang robbing the store across the street? They come calling, whatcha gonna do? To quote TD "call Ghost Busters" or 911 either way your dead probably.
Those who use guns for protection tend not to worship them.
I don't worship mine nor do I know anybody that does.
Most don't even like to carry it around.
It's not like it's natural.

Well it sure does prove you don't need 10 AR-15s for the false claim of defending yourself that you gun nuts always like to use.

And a neighborhood that already has a Catholic Church doesn't NEED a baptist church, right?
