I see full well why Bryan keeps saying that you don't ever say what your position actually is on issues... because you DON'T... I, however, don't have the patience that Bryan has... either **** or get off the pot...

It seemed like you were taking the position that "the people" is collective, but now you're backpedaling and saying that you were "just asking" and that it isn't your actual position... so WHAT. IS. YOUR. POSITION? Collective or all individuals? And why do you believe so, and which amendments are collective rights and which are individual rights?

But I suppose you think you are "winning" this debate too...

This is getting laughable, but I'll play along... I think that it is NOT collective, but rather it is referring to all people as individuals, same with other amendments in the bill of rights... now, what do YOU think?

I think the same thing and always have. I just think that the "collective" argument is very interesting.

But this is where things get murky once again... Why do you find it to be an "interesting" argument? I personally just find it to be a factually incorrect argument...

You have to read the articles on it and look at court dissenting opinions. History is not a Black and whit thing; for instance you won't hear the NAACP and other activist organizations talking a lot about black slave owners, but that is a truth that puts a whole new spin on some of the story.

The word "collective" has been thrown into the argument as a pejorative, like that dirty socialism. Separate yourself from the politics long enough to read objectively.
