HR 38 passes House

I live in Va; I'm not aware of any tax on religion. In fact the opposite. Churches are not taxed on their real or personal property down to the house the preacher lives in. No income taxes on the day care center or the bingo game or the cookie sales. What taxes do churches pay?
Also a proud Virginian. My bible was taxed by the state. They charged my to practice. I personally think its a poor argument, but it's as good as yours about not being charged for other rights.

Permit fees for parades etc, are for the use of the property by the parade.
In my city there is a fee if you have a gathering of over 20 people. It one is free money to city basically and two is what's used to break up parties when noise isn't an issue.
You can walk all day around your own property yelling the end is near without paying a fee.
kinda weird argument when this us about CC in multiple states. I'm not versed in the fine points of gun laws, but wonder to what extent you can conceal on your own property without and license.
You are under no obligation to hire a lawyer nor do you pay a fee for doing so.
Been long time for me and inside of a court but I do remember their being court cost and added fees.

Yours is exclusively about flight. :doh

What part of "a passport isnt needed" wasnt clear in my link?

You dont need one. I dont need one for CA or Mexico.

But some people do. Are you saying I don't have the right to enter by air? LOL

Where is that in the Constitution? (And btw, you have no right to fly on any commercial airline and a private company could reject you as well)

sorry, this is an exemplary example of you being completely wrong. You have no "right to fly" :lamo

No worries that you will object....everyone else will read it and judge for themselves.

Do you have the constitutional right to leave and enter this country? Because you have to pay a fee for a passport

You do not need a passport as a citizen to leave or enter the USA. Other countries may require one, and private businesses may require one. I have not been on a cruise for a while, but there is no law requiring a passport to cruise.

That's the point of the 10th. Only a few powers are reserved and granted to the feds. #2 is a power reserved by the feds. Along with most of the first 10.

Should there be a state fee for practicing religion or speaking or not incriminating yourself? If not, why the second?
The 2nd is not a power reserved FOR the fed...its a restriction ON the Fed.

You do by air. Do those people not have rights?

Do I have the right to enter the country if I happen to arrive by air? Yes or no. LOL

They wont let you on the plane elsewhere...moot point. If you arrive somehow without one, then you'll be inconvenienced until some govt bureaucrat comes to your aid. But you wont be denied your citizenship. (And there is no right to leave or enter the country, you have citizenship and all the rights that come with that status.)

Give it up. You have no traction on this whatsoever. Complete and utter failure.

IMO, this bill is more about just passing through than hanging out for a while. Depending on the final version. you will still have to abide by local laws

Virginia as an example has recently passed bills allowing guns on college property and in bars. I doubt if my Va CC will allow that in Illinois.

Correct but it will allow you to travel to IL without being arrested.

NY holds people hostage on purpose. You can only travel to NY with a gun if you have a NY permit to do so.
The only way to get a permit is to live in NY.

so if you are flying or driving and going to NY or at on a lay over and you get caught with a gun you are arrested on the spot.
This law will stop that harassment.

I have no right to enter and reenter the country? Is this 1950 east berlin? LOL

If you are a US citizen, you don't. As an example, you can take off in your G-5 and fly around all day, then touch down on your own airstrip without violating any law.

If you leave the country you MUST go thru customs or you are breaking the law

Your citizenship status makes such rights unnecessary.

Pathetic effort but if it's required by your self-esteem...have at it.

As long as you have a passport. LOL

No. I explained that if you get here, by air, somehow, the govt will provide someone to aid you.

More denial. You are completely wrong, I feel guilty but this is like an early Christmas present,

Correct, and it's a law long overdue. It's impossible to motor across the country carrying, even in a locked box, without violating somebody's law.

A few years back I carried my fathers extensive gun collection back from Denver to VA. I probably violated the law a hundred times. Had I been stopped in Illinois I would have lost my permit, after I got out of jail.

This is easy. LOL

Air Travel: All U.S. citizens departing from or entering the United States from within the Western Hemisphere by air are required to present a valid passport or a NEXUS card (if utilizing a NEXUS kiosk when departing from a designated Canadian airport). Merchant Mariner Document (for U.S. citizens on official maritime business.) U.S. Military identification card when traveling on official orders:*Children are also required to present their own passport when traveling by air.

Do you have a link? Even so you are proving the point.

say you are flying from Texas to New Hampshire for a pistol match. You change planes at LaGuardia-no problem. However you get to LaGuardia and there is a big storm. All flights are grounded. or its 9-11 and the entire air network is down. You rent a car to make the 6 hour drive. Under the FAOPA you should be immune to prosecution in NY even if you have to pick up your luggage while the airlines are shut down or when you attempt to leave the state in a car. but that isn't always the case.
