The Legal Loophole That Could Give the Vegas Shooting Victims a Big Payday

Apparently you don't care about your opinion either.

he certainly doesn't believe in it enough to actually back up the opinion with logic or facts. or to create an aura of credibility that would make the opinion more respected

I have a beautiful aura. LOL

500 yards is a long shot. I would need a scope now. My eyes are not very good anymore.

Oh, yes. Definitely with a scope. I'm only good within 350 yards with an AR15 open sight.

that's really pretty good.

I always shot expert in the military, but open sight would likely be just a disabling shot at that range. Not a high frequency of a kill shot.

Been shooting rifles and pistols since I was a teenager.

My friends and I used to shoot grey-diggers in another friends familiy cherry orchards when I was in Jr. high with a scoped 22-250.

I was a NRA DE in 3 position small bore and air rifle plus I shot expert on the military course (as a teenage civilian) but at 58 my eyes aren't as good as they used to be. hitting a standard IPSC target at 300 yards with a M16 standing I can do but they aren't going to be all A zones even on a good day. now with a National match AR sling and jacket prone I could if the wind isn't much. but I have red dots on all my ARs that I might have to use for serious use.

My eyes are only good for 150 to 200 yards anymore and that is a body shot. My father used to hit a soda cap tossed in the air with my browning 22L. I think he could see the bullet as well. He would zero me I on a soda cap with several shots. He would watch me miss and say you right in front of it or you are just under it.
