same people who pay for it when an innocent person cannot have a gun and they are murdered. the person who dies. I actually oppose the DP because

1) they sometimes get it wrong

2) while some should fry, I don't support the government having that power (a quote I heard from now the CJ for the SD of OHIO)

3) because LWOP is a tougher penalty

however, I hope more and more intended victims are able to shoot and kill their attackers its a win win across the board

someone breaking into an unoccupied house are not attackers. if you break into a home with people present its called robbery not burglary

The occupants have the proper and legal right to use deadly force since the law presumes that those who break into an occupied home are there to harm them.

its not a "Sentence" but rather shooting to stop the harmful and dangerous activity of the intruders.

So the occupant can sneak down stairs and just begin firing at will. Is that correct?

once someone breaks into your home at night, that is true. Why should the homeowner endanger himself? Now we are not talking about someone who merely walks into home where the door was open. I am talking about BREAKING INTO THE HOME. someone smashes the door down or throws a rock through the window and crawls into the home though the smashed out window, the homeowner ought to terminate the threat ASAP

if you take the time to figure that out and that kid is armed, you will be dead. why would any parent let someone like that out where they can smash down doors or otherwise engage in activity that justifies them being shot?

you claim to have been in the military. You have guard duty. someone cuts through the C-wire in your perimeter-what are you going to do?

uh if he breaks down your door or smashes a window to gain entrance and you waste him, no you won't in most states.

Whoever knowingly falsely accuse someone that is innocent should receive the same sentence as the accused.
