I've not called you a gun banner - I've just been trying to figure out your high level of cognitive dissonance with regards to "I'm not a gun banner" and "gun control works in Japan", where they've had a gun ban for over 400 years.

You, however, have taken statements, entirely true statements based on FBI data about the percentage of crimes attributed to Blacks and extrapolated that into a claim that the poster of such FBI data wants to ban guns from all Blacks. That simply is not true.

If "gun control works" for Japan, and all they did was ban all guns, how can you support Japanese gun control without support gun bans? Can you answer that?

I have given you enough chances to defend yourself, but you are unable to do so. You support gun bans in that you praise the gun control efforts in both England and Japan, both of which depend heavily on gun bans to maintain their homicide rates. Date clearly shows that mere control gun laws were not working to control the homicide rate in England through the second half of the 20th century and it wasn't until teh gun ban passed in 1996 that any downward trend was evident.

Japan depends almost entirely upon gun bans for their gun control efforts.

If you claim that you don't support gun bans, but still maintain that gun control works in England and Japan you are either lying or are unable cogitate sufficiently well to see the dependencies that are quite evident.

The only gun ownership restrictions I support can be found in 18 USC 922g:

The Gun Control Act (GCA), codified at 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), makes it unlawful for certain categories of persons to ship, transport, receive, or possess firearms or ammunition, to include any person:

convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year;
who is a fugitive from justice;

who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act, codified at 21 U.S.C. § 802);

who has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution;
who is an illegal alien;

who has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;

who has renounced his or her United States citizenship;
who is subject to a court order restraining the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of the intimate partner; or

who has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

He also said its "just a form" at least 15 times on that one thread. If you read all thousands of posts he has made, its obvious he is a gun banner despite his lies claiming he isn't
