Its Just a FORM nonsense

Perhaps interestingly a man named Kellermann who may be familiar to some posters here published a study about the risk of getting murdered. In that report of murder victims he found that:

73% of households with a homicide victim has a member who drank.
63% of victims drank.
25% of households had a problem with a member drinking, four times that of the control group.
25% of the case group had physical fights in the house while drinking, seven times that of the control group.
7.6% of the case group had been hospitalized because of drinking, fifteen times that of the control group.

MMS: Error

Maybe alcohol is a risk factor after all.

Unlike flogger and, to some extent, Vegas, I am a personal responsibility advocate.

98% also drank milk as a child and 97% have watched TV. LOL

You deny my stats? I think we need to look into this use of TV and gun violence link. LOL

Did you read the links? Funny how you are avoiding it. I gave you several highly regarded sources.

I'm agreeing with you. Drinking causes rape.....everyone knows that. LOL

Your stats are unsupported and I was unable to find any supporting evidence in my search so of course they should be denied. There is some support for your TV and gun violence suggestion but it is not supported nearly as well as the links between violence, suicides and alcohol.

Well everyone knows drinking leads to rape. LOL

You'll soon find out that they don't do math very well so the numbers argument will never fly.

Graphs won't work either

And when it comes to form filling .........
Go study up on Japanese immigration laws.

I think you are hilarious. And this thread has derailed

Maybe we need a form to buy booze. You would save lives. You do want to save lives right? It's just a form.

But first fill out a form to leave the house. And then to breathe

People leave their houses sometimes to have commerce in different states, and wind blows from Wyoming to power South Dakota windmills. Doesn't Congress have the power to regulate all that?

Yes. Lets make this happen

If you think so. It's only a form. No comment on the links I provided linking alcohol to rape and violent crime? They make you look pretty foolish don't they.....

The more crime the more they can smear us legal gun owners. All you really gotta do is read the WP to see their campaign in action.

gun control is a scheme designed to protect criminals, increase crime while pretending to actually do something about crime. It allows the politicians who push it to pander to the low wattage sheeple (who reactively scream for SOMETHING TO BE DONE-especially when white children are killed in a rampage) while also allowing them to attack conservative gun owners and protect a major constituency-the criminal lobby and criminal support groups. It also has the cynical and intended effect of causing the sheeple to give up more rights-in the face of rising crime-and thus give the government more power (which is the main objective of the left in the USA)
