D.C. officials didn't learn gun lesson yet.

Nor any evidence that you understand it either

the evidence I understand is stuff that proves that the idiotic Canadian Gun registry has actually caused violent crime in Canada to diminish. Such evidence does not exist. Having someone who merely engages in what appears to be parrot squawking of claims without proof doesn't have any use

The societies above are selected to demonstrate the European range of gun homicide rates as compared with three other societies (Australia, Canada and India) and the USA. Norway, Sweden, Finland and Switzerland all have relatively high rates of gun ownership, likewise Canada and Australia, but nowhere near the US rates of gun violence. None of the European societies has been immune from the experience of “mass shooting” incidents and most have strengthened their guns laws as a consequence.

that proves nothing. did you even read it?

Relax chicken little....no one is coming for your guns. LOL

some gullible sheeple in England believed that too. All one has to do is read the posts of the anti gun types on this board and envision what those posters would do if they were actually in a position of power. Given so posts dripping bile towards gun owners, banning guns would be the least severe of what I suspect would come from some of our anti gun types

your stupid and inane nonsense might have some worth if you had something personally at stake if the government actually did try to confiscate guns as it has in NYC, NJ, and California.

I have fun annihilating the disingenuous, dishonest and inane arguments of the anti gun left. If you don't actually believe the stuff you post, then that is on you, not me

Appeals court blocks DC's concealed-carry law on Second Amendment grounds | Fox News

D.C. requires gun owners to have a “good reason” to obtain a concealed carry permit.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit struck down the regulation as too restrictive in a 2-1 decision, The Washington Post reported.

“The good-reason law is necessarily a total ban on most D.C. residents’ right to carry a gun in the face of ordinary self-defense needs,” Judge Thomas B. Griffith wrote, according to the paper.

Here is a good reason to have a concealed permit I want one and have a right to have it.

Of course like dentists there is always that one doctor.

The lone dissenter, Judge Karen Henderson, said the district’s regulation “passes muster” because of the city’s unique security challenges as the nation’s capital and because it does not affect the right to keep a firearm at home.

What does this judge not get? Ol yea the constitution.

A gun does me no good at home when I am mugged on the street.

I have come to the conclusion that anti-2nd amendment trash deliberately enact laws like these because they know it will take a awhile before they get struck down.Which depending on how long that takes may create a generation of people who don't exercise their 2nd amendment rights.Which if that happens then they are less likely to defend their right to keep and bear arms. For example DC vs Heller took over 30 years to happen.
