The Gun Control movement banks on dishonesty [W:103]

Your assertions are quite vapid, yes.

You can't refute anything I say, so where's that leave your vapid opinion then.

nothing you say needs rebuttal because its vacuous bovine droppings. so you complaining that better educated posters fail to refute the nonsense you post is irony at its funniest given you don't even address my destruction of the silliness you spew on this board

Hehehe...great comeback. Your version of the old grade school, "I know you are but what am I".

Not my fault you can't debate well dude.

Read some books.

Better luck next time.

She's one person: do you still have your right to keep and bear?

Yes you do.

Your hyperbole shows how gullible you are.

I could name many many more. Pretending that there are not people out there that want guns banned is nothing but dishonest Jet. But then that's what I've come to expect.

Hehehe....if that helps your self esteem, good for you Jet. Own it.

I have been saying this for years. and here is some more proof

Connecticut Rep. Esty Encourages Gun Control Trickery - LPP

According to the Connecticut Post, while speaking to an audience at a recent Pride Fund event Esty said they should never use the term “gun control” but always use the term “gun safety.” Talking about gun control immediately alienates approximately 15 percent of male voters.
PJ Media reported that Esty offered the advice to people who were advocating for tougher gun laws. They simply want to create the impression they’re talking about something else, but when it comes to genuine gun safety, there is only one side that teaches that, and it’s not the gun control crowd.

so when you hear crap like "gun safety" or "common sense" or "reasonable" gun laws you know its going to be more schemes to disarm you and rape your second amendment rights

Same ideas probably have influenced the name of the movement being "Pro-Choice" instead of "Baby Killers".

Sure there are people out there that want guns banned, but they have no juice. They can says whatever they want; guns are not being "banned" in the context that you're trying to work into this.

You want some guns banned.

And yet they are trying. And trying to do so in dishonest ways such as changing terminology of the words they use in order to try and influence more people.

(chuckle)

Dude; how about you just admit that you're wrong. I provide proof that my argument not just about the second, but the proper policy of gun control is not only accurate, but intended as good public policy against abuses. Moreover the history of gun control in the US, which I've also posted several times further indicates how out of touch with reality your argument is: you may not like that reality, and it may fly in the face of your own personal interpretation of the second amendment, but it is a set of policies that has over and over again passed constitutional muster; wherein it had been challenged, so your blustering is just sour grapes.

Now Turtledude for his part, as in the OP of this thread, consistently obfuscates the second amendment and court rulings that show absolutely that HIS interpretations are grossly incorrect but also fly in the face of his political prejudices and his only defense is ad-hom and personal attack coupled with charges of some sort unpatriotic underpinnings, and all because he too is an ineffective arguer.

Turtledude's business is guns - okay... That's where he's coming from. Therefore anything that encroaches on his abilities to do business in these threads is considered anti-gun, anti-American lying and cheating when the very record on the subject shows just how wrong he really is, and therefore his minions here are equally wrong.

When you follow his rhetoric like you do, you set yourself up for failure immediately.

So, better luck next time.

Your hyperbole over it is what is doing you in. There;s no boogieman trying to take your guns away, full stop. And as far as dishonest terminology goes; "if you are for gun control you are anti second amendment"... That is just outright lying! Dishonest terminology my ass.

There goal is obvious, the end game is a flat out ban, crawled towards in incremental degrees under these guises as americans will not embrace an overnight all out ban.

I call on reasonable people to see this, great post Turtledude!:applaud

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you tell us you were a felon?

No need to explain yourself Jet. You go ahead and believe what you want to believe. It's your own little world you live in so you go ahead and be king if that helps in some way.

You constantly lie. I have proven it

You have made the following claims

1) magazines that hold ten or more rounds are FOR WARFARE-complete lie

2) AR-15s are WEAPONS OF WAR-complete BS

3) You don't even understand the concept of a negative restriction.

the fact is-you have made claims that are completely dishonest and have no support in fact

I am not in the business of selling guns, ammo, etc. so that's another LIE from you
