No laws in the world will stop a crazy or anyone else, not even "for the children" if they go out to kill as many as possible for whatever twisted reason.

Please provide suggestions for laws that are Constitutional, effective, enforceable and that will be enforced that will stop a madman from killing people. It sure didn't work in Cumbria.

It is your society, not Cumbria, and we have decided not to do anything long ago, it simply does not matter enough.

I believe I am all worded out on this particular subject.

Surprisingly I do not know nor knew any kids who accidentally shot anyone or intentionally shot themselves...although I did have a classmate in the 7th grade who hung himself and a high school one who blew his brains out a few weeks after graduation. But that's different. One used a rope and the other was an adult.
