Probably. Fortunately I am not a lawmaker.
So what are all of the "very unsafe" things you think should be banned?

I ride in cars -- but being an Aspie I do not drive.
Motorcycles, tobacco, and guns.
Motorcycles, tobacco, and guns.
Many people do not realize that putting one's life in unreasonable unnecessary danger is a very bad decision.
That's it? Everything else on earth is safe?
Guns are used in 11,000 murders and 19,000 suicides a year in USA alone.
How can anyone deny that human life has paramount value?
Aaaand... You dodge the question again. We can't talk about critical thought, lying, and questioning until you actually answer the question.
Will the crime rate drop if guns disappeared? Or will it go up just like in every country that has banned them?

I do not know if the value of human life can be measured.
I think we are about to set a DP record for question dodging.Guns' disappearing and being banned are not the same thing. For example, Singapore vs. Mexico. In both nations private ownership of guns is severely restricted, but one has spectacularly low murder rates and the other has murder rates much higher than ours.

With guns banned in the US, would crime rates drop?
That's it? Everything else on earth is safe?
So a human life is infinitely valuable?
What if getting rid of cigarettes got rid of lung cancer?
Not a bad idea.
That is how they are doing it in Oregon. Here the people don't get a say.Or a vote. It is left up to a stacked Rules Committee then goes to the senate(stacked)then the house (stacked).Society will never be able to legislate away homicidal intentions!

Motorcycles, tobacco? But don't they have a lot of both across the Big Water? So at least those MUST be safe enough.Motorcycles, tobacco, and guns.
Reminds me,how is that "war on drugs" working out? And if the politicians war on guns work out it will only work out for the terrorists.Ask France. Most other dangerous things like drugs are illegal already.
