An American Indian visits her first NRA convention

I'd probably argue that American Indians have a completely different take on gun rights than an Indian-American. Yes.

what would that be?

Since American Indians grew up with guns whereas Indian-Americans did not, I'd say night and day.

some of the most pro gun people I have met are people who moved to the USA from nations where people are disarmed. and some of the biggest gun banning groups are certain segments of America

I doubt you'd find many gun banners in the American Indian community. But, I bet you would find many among Indian-Americans.

interesting but I have no idea if that is true or not. Cuban Americans-who came from a society where guns were banned, are heavily armed. American Jews-who usually came from countries where they couldn't own guns, are generally supportive of gun control.

I'd be willing to bet its near 50-50. There are a ton of videos on Youtube of foreigners coming into America to specifically use a firearm and they love it. Then there is the otherside like the article in the OP itself.

Fuji-tech elevator had a big factory near where I live. we knew when a new class of executives from Japan came to work there because they would show up at the Kings Island Golf Course (a really nice public facility where the big ATP masters Tennis tournament is held as well) and in the evening at the local public gun range.

Guess it depends on the culture and individual? No one can really make an argument either way here.
