and we have people like you who one day support gun rights, the next day oppose gun rights, then on another day say you support some gun rights.

the fact is-the federal government does not properly have the power to regulate firearms ownership by private citizens

some of us think a felon who was not violent and has paid for his crimes by a period of incarceration or fines, should be able to own a firearm.

what is funny is how you have brayed about smoking dope. Do you realize that the federal government has banned those who use medical marijuana from owning firearms?

I have seen bannerrhoid movement (BM for short) leaders claim that anyone who wants a gun for self defense is mentally unstable and should not be allowed to own guns.

I have nothing against guns. I do, however, have a lot against people who obsessively whine about someone coming to take their guns.

BTW, there has long been been a federal law against having a gun while under disability, i.e,. being on drugs.

Drugs could include aspirin and heroin in its definition. Is it your position that headache sufferers lose their right to own a gun? Do one legged gun owners risk breaking the law by possession?

he told you to look it up because he doesn't know. His rants are not fact based. He's mad that some gun owners don't support the "rights" of illegals to be here illegally. He's mad SOME gun owners think that weed should be banned or that gays shouldn't be able to marry or have anal sex. He's mad that SOME gun owners don't think the supreme court should tell states what their abortion laws should be

Babbling hyperbole again. Can you actually write anything sensible or rational? I somehow doubt it.

Lets check how reasonable you are.

What is a felon who has served their sentence in full? A citizen? A simple yes or no is required.
What is your definition of crazy. An exact scientific demonstrably detectable condition is required. Describe the test.

By crazy you mean anyone you don't like. Defend that with reason if you disagree.

By convicted felon you mean those people currently in prison serving sentence. Defend this with reason if you disagree

Watch the avoidance and demonstration of cognitive disassociation.

Ignorance abounds there and you are not likely to get a definition on one of those tar brush claims.

BTW I don't whine about gun control coming for the guns. I know what their objective is same as you do.

What I will say is calamity should write down a list of guns and guarantee gun control is not going to demand the removal of. I'll advise my friends to buy those. You can do your friends a service as well.

When will calamity have it ready I wonder?

Obama's EO banning people who are getting SS benefits for being treated for a mental illness is picking on a group of people who are neither inclined or determined to purchase a firearm. Not all people who are being treated for a mental illness are suicidal, or homicidal. This is more of a separation of powers issue, as well as a 2nd amendment, and 5th amendment issue! If society wants to criminalize a diagnosis of mental illness, then that law has to go through congress!
