CNN silliness on the Hearing Protection Act

I imagine potential criminals are very happy as well. Never said Californians are not happy. Simply said Californians don't trust each other to be law abiding with silencers contrary to the experience of states that do. Not your fault jet.

Nope, they get caught quite abit around here; even escarped copnvicts who are reported to be armed and dangerous. THAT'S becasue California people are smart enough to not approach, when the cops says "don't approach".

The cops use dogs a lot too: they can run fast and jump high, and bite real hard; ya'know stuff like that.

And Californians know dangerous toys when we see them, so we have a way of keeping them out of the public's and kids' hands.

Being able to knock 30 decibels off a gunshot is huge as far as decreasing hearing loss in a hunting type situation. Seriously I'd much rather have a suppressor as a toy than the hearing aids I'm inevitably gonna have to get.

People have been using firearms for centuries with out resorting to silencers.

They make ear plugs ya'know. I use them when I'm at the range: I can't get in without them. Neither can anybody else.

The gun pros are lobbying for a new toy, that's all it is.

And people have been needlessly damaging their hearing for centuries. So? And yes I use them at the range, but never did for hunting. One just doesn't run around all day hunting with ear plugs or hearing muffs on, damage adds up over the years. :( There are better options now but still why limit people needlessly.

Is there a reason you think they still ought to be restricted?

I wasn't asking you. You're lobbying for new toys and I've already destroyed your nonsense.

You have destroyed nothing. Basically the only thing you have done in this thread is prove that you know virtually nothing about hunting or soldiers in combat. The only thing you have proved is that you refuse to learn anything.

In fact the only thing you have posted is your misguided opinion.

Those "dangerous toys" that can be purchased off the shelf in the UK and in France? Maybe your legislators are just stupid.

You guys in the gun crowd want them as a new toy.

And yes, I detroyed erything you guys have argued as silly.

How come the UK, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany don't think these are toys, and make great sense for hunting? What do you and California know that the governmentsoftware all these countries don't? Are they silly?

Flipping Samsung autocorrect.

So in a nutshell, you assume everyone is a child or criminal by telling them they are not fit to own suppressors. Not too far from thinking like Trump. Assume every Muslim is a terrorist so deny Muslims the right to enter the country. Assume everyone is a criminal so deny everyone the right to own suppressors. Honest people can own dangerous toys without becoming criminals. 42 or so states have proven that.

Nailed it....The stupid part. Except stupid legislators don't realize they are stupid because they are stupid.

jet57 doesn't provide reasons to limit freedom, instead mocks reasons why people should be free.

Jet cannot own them in california. as I noted before-look to Aesop's teachings as to the fox that lost its tail

His posts prove he doesn't want anyone else-in any state, to be able to own something he cannot
