Should SBRs and short shotguns be legal?[W:48]

At this point to me its about the wait time. If you can buy a hand gun from an FFL and walk out the same day then why not an SBR?

If you've gone through the process of obtaining a concealed carry permit then why can't you own a SBR without the mandatory additional BS from the federal government?

Because gun control is not about common sense, reason or even logical, It is about harassment, impediments and denial to the extent citizens are disarmed and government is made safe.

Gun control would never agree to some requirement giving cart blanche access to firearms. All access must be controlled in as many ways as possible so the noose can be tightened at any time

Nope. It is classified as an SBR by our friends at the ATF. Has a standard A2 stock. I have the stamp to prove it. Also have the stamp for the suppressor as well.

As for feral hogs, still have not had a chance to try out the rifle. My old rifle was a .45 long. The round for this rifle uses a 225gr .308 pill moving at just shy of 1050fps. From what I gather, it should do well.

Do you have more information about that?

The barrel is less than 16" long (9") on a receiver that was originally manufactured as a rifle. I use a fixed stock as I do not have to crawl into/ out of a JERVV or Humvee any more and the A2 stock work perfectly.

The information on the stamp. I already understand the configuration of your platform. :)

The stamp itself is an actual $200.00 stamp on an ATF form 4.
