Just a few weeks ago we had a crazy kid at an Ohio university use a car and knife to injure students. Would you support restricting cars and knives at colleges? From my experience at college far more injuries are vehicular related than firearms.

If crazy people don't have cars or knives then crazy people can not use them.

You're building strawmen arguments all through your post there. Guns on campuses is a stupid idea, because people get shot. That's a 1+1 scenario. I gave you 52 examples that prove that. So, in your mind, adding 10,000 more guns is going to solve that problem? Is THAT what you think?

Your insults only demonstrate how out of touch you are with the subject and that you can't just simply refute the evidence that validates my statements about guns on campuses. Moreover, you are now, it seems, denying that other people, people who don't want guns on campuses, don't have that right. They don't have the right to walk around without the threat of guns everywhere? Is that the position you hold?

So, there's no strawman on my part, you may wish to seek out the definition of 'strawman' for your future reference. As for yourself, I suggest a glass of wine and relax.

Hopefully someone returns fire. How would not having CCW allowed on campus stop someone from doing as you claim? Seems most every campus shooting I have seen has gun carry restrictions in place. I would say the thought process behind your concern is an utter failure.

again, crime control has nothing to do with his argument. its all about spite. Jet cannot get a carry permit because in California, the bureaucrats are not under SHALL ISSUE rules. SO Jet's posts are all about demanding the rest of us be treated the same way citizens are treated in California

This is the gist of you argument, Jet: "Guns on campuses is a stupid idea, because people get shot." The logical extension of this is guns anywhere are a bad idea, because people get shot. Then, since 1500 people are killed using knives and sharp objects each year, knives anywhere are a bad idea.
