Universal background checks DO NOT have 80% support!

Well, it wasn't about "right to carry". Yeah, I think that courts and gun control are going to be pretty busy for while, and when there's another mass shooting etc, it's going to be interesting to see how the new government reacts.

I'm thinking with two or three Trump nominees Peruta is sailing to an easy reversal of the 9th circuit. and the other various absurd Cali laws are going to get struck.

same with NYC. California needs to stop treating gun owners like third class citizens, and I think a Trump stacked SCOTUS will do just that.

No, cartels and gangs buy a lot of their stuff from AR, so I'm they appreciate the help.

As for the rest of your post: nonsense.

They're buying their stuff in Arkansas? what does that have to do with Arizona?

Well, Jerry Brown didn't author Prop 63, Gavin Newsome did. I can't stand him, but the law is a start for a state with a lot of gang and cartel activity. So, you don't know what you're talking about. I'm glad your friend reloads his own; but he still has to get the powder and Amazon doesn't sell it.

I certainly do know what I'm talking about and Prop. 63 is wrong and will not be obeyed!

Ditto.

Not in the states that want it. Prop 63 passed in California.

Dumb, dumb, dumb......it will not stop criminals!

btw jet...I've never purchased anything form Amazon and I don't purchase anything online. There are many stores where I live that sell gunpowder. I can walk into one right now and buy a pound....or 4 lbs. or 8 lbs.
And it keeps for years if stored properly. I'm currently using some powder that I bought over 20 years ago.
My friend and I have a lifetime supply of everything we need, so you need not be concerned, about him...or me.

California passed regulations on ammo purchases. With Trump and a super majority, there's not going to be much in the way of national gun control, so we'll have to watch closely when there are mass shootings to see what the solution is going to be.

I'ma little worried though about how the terrorist network is going to take this Trump election...

The solution is to get tough on crime and criminals!

Jerry had to sign it! He's as guilty of liberal stupid****ery, as all the rest!

It's time for the NRA to graduate from defending our gun rights to going on the offensive to take more of our rights back..
The time is ripe, I would like to see it start with silencers and graduate to SBRs and maybe a universal right to concealed carry with no permit required to purchase or carry sort of deal..

So would I. Many folks have them already, but have to be careful where they use em.

Yeah, everybody shooting it out with cartel gangs would be cool wouldn't it? Just think; a .50 cal 'n about 10,000 rounds mounted on the roof next to your chimney: nobody better mess with you boy.

You just like to make up stupid ****, don't ya? No one is going to be doing any such thing. I think you've been reading too many comic books.

Agreed!

California's a unique case, and with some Trump nominees on the SCOTUS your state is going to be in for some real fun times with these right to carry lawsuits!

We can surely hope so.

Joe Arpaio is a crook, Trump or no Trump he's heading for an orange jumpsuit, or maybe pink is more his thing?

Well see. I think Trump should give him a pardon, if it ever comes to that, and then put him in charge of building the wall.

Pretty sure these laws are a ripe pain in the cartel's asses in Arizona where these laws exist.. Only applies to legal citizens though so sorry..

Well..
If that's what the guy wants then whatever.. He would still be pretty easy to take out if he caused any trouble and permanently MOUNTED to his own house where is it immobile to me makes it sound a lot less threatening actually, sounds like good intent keeping it at home eh?

I wouldn't spend the money on it myself, can think of much more efficient ways of accomplishing security, but if ya got the money to blow YOLO right?

So many options, so little money.

Well, maybe Trump would actually acknowledge the armed civilians, instead of ignoring them like obama.

Arkansas? I had no idea. From the Clintons?

Fully agree.

That was my question as well.

There isn't a prayer in hell that more background checks are going to pass. Gun control is dead in the water.

If we could Only believe that. You might, I will continue to keep my eyes open.

the Entire NFA-when it comes to FIREARMS and suppressors needs to be repealed. as to stuff like Mortar shells or hand grenades, I have no problem with the current system since those are not defensive arms but rather ordnance

of course you cannot find any case where someone who had a HMG has used it for any criminal activity in the USA.But then again, you don't think honest americans should be able to own an AR 15 that has a 20 round magazine

well since its generally capital murder in most states to commit mass shootings-why would the government react other than prosecuting the shooter(s)?

No, it not over. Good grief you act as if someone with a long and strong record of supporting the 2nd A got elected.

Read his platform. And frankly I know where Hillary stands, so anything at all is better.

His sons are huge 2A supporters, so we can count on them to push dad in the right direction.
