HARTFORD, Conn. – A judge on Friday dismissed a wrongful-death lawsuit by Newtown families against the maker of the rifle used in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting massacre, citing an embattled federal law that shields gun manufacturers from most lawsuits over criminal use of their products.

For now, it certainly is. But the appeal on this ruling may land in the lap of a judge, who is a pro Hillary idiot.

They should sue the school district for not providing adequate security.

BTW, if Sandy Hook was like Oklahoma, would they sue the fertilizer company or the truck manufacturer?
 
That's common sense news. The focus needs to be on the individual that pulled the trigger.

That is not true. Barack created planty of starvation jobs - which would be very helpful to the obese. He also created plenty of jobs in China and Mexico.

Hillary's idea? Open borders, more H1B's, more free trade.

Brilliant if taking bribes is a job.
