The problem is sleazy lawyers and an occasional reasonable court decision isn't the solution. The system needs to be changed.

If you want to know why Democrats are absolutely totally opposed to tort reform, follow the money.

Keep in mind that an appeal will end up in front of a Supreme Court with a brand new Hillary appointee.

After this election the GOP will NEVER oppose whoever she appoints.

Not sure what you're implying by NEVER oppose, but if that is the case, I would hope voters in every case will remove the need for those not opposing from ever having to worry about it later.

Yeah, that's a good ruling. I thought the suit was silly to begin with.
 
This is good news. Any word on whether they will force the families to pay Remington's legal bills?
 
imo, a proper ruling by the courts.

the plaintiffs and their slimy attorneys need to be forced to pay-under Rule of Civil Procedure 11, the entire costs the maker ran up defending this idiotic suit. On top of that the losing party ought to be hit with additional punitive damages for bring such a suit.

The Senate could fix that next week, but no they would rather block Obama's choice and roll with Hillary's choice, and no you cannot not confirm someone for 4 years. Pick your poison, me thinks they best start doing and not talking.

the appeal is most likely never before the supreme court

this was a state court ruling

They are "doing", they are blocking, so far, a leftist take over of SCOTUS.

Wishing aint getting. Obama has submitted a more moderate, Hillary will be under no such restraint and the Senate may very well be hers meaning she will get a rubber stamped appointment. Oh, it will be Hillary, even the GOP Leadership has come to that conclusion hence the talk of the importance on voting in the other races. Face reality and once you do you may realize that the GOP has scr*wed the pooch on this one and going to be stuck with the consequences of their actions.

I think too many alleged conservatives are giving up too early or are really closet Hillary fans. And yes, in some ways Cankles is the conservative choice since she will continue what we have seen for the last 8 years.

I think many conservatives know Trump is not one of them and will not support him, and that is that. Gonna be stuck with Hillary, meaning make sure you vote on any Senate seats open in your area and prepare for the worst case scenario.

Many "conservatives" are ignorant of many things-especially how the federal judiciary is picked.

Why would anti gun people be in any sort of agony. The lawsuit was shot in the dark. I would be wary of any "mother's group" that forms as a result of all this.

Depends on if you are talking Supreme or the Lower Courts, different process.

I am facing reality, that is why I am preparing for and will to involve myself in revolution. As to what you say, it may be true, but then, it is not really a done deal until after the election and they can still approve Obama's choice before the Whore of Satan ever takes office. Assuming that she will even then, after all, her health is still a concern and God could choose to bless us with her passing anyday.
