1. If I am arrested for a crime anywhere in the USA outside of my home state, what business is it of my home State unless I am convicted of a crime? :roll:

2. Simply being arrested will now allow law enforcement agencies in the State of Hawaii to evaluate the right to own a weapon, rescind permission, followed by confiscation of the weapons.

Your positions are so biased that it is really hard to want to discuss any issue with you. You only see what you want to and ignore anything that runs contrary to your viewpoint. :twocents:

The amount of dishonestly in supporting your statement with a statistic talking about a different gun control measure is staggering.

Simply being arrested is not the same as being convicted.

In the U.S.A. a person is innocent until proven guilty.

Therefore, unless and until a person is convicted of a crime, he is innocent of that crime under our law.

That means he is still the same as YOU until he actually has a criminal record. NOW do you understand what we are "going on about?" :coffeepap:

To add to the mix .......

Are you aware that each state is required to report to the federal government the names of all:

1. convicted felons

2. persons who may be a danger to themselves and others

3. people who have been accused/guilty/issued court ordered restriction of domestic abusers

The issue at hand is the right of a state to pass a gun law and submit same to FBI..........

Not what may/may not occur after the fact

Nothing you say is an answer to the questions posed or in proof of your claim the state passing a gun law is unconstitutional........

Now let me save you some time............you will never find proof that what you say is anywhere close to being so...........So just give up and do the right thing......
