How does this prove your claim for every possible combination of antagonist and victim?
Do you really believe that because you can cite an instance where someone did not need a gun to stop an attacker, it proves that no one does?

along with the silliness that normal capacity magazines are only for warfare. ITs like saying you don't need surgery to survive cancer. well that is true in some cases. In others you will die without it

It does not prove that at all. All it proves is that in this instance a gun was not needed. Got it, remember it.

we have seen claims that what are normal capacity magazines are only for USE IN WARFARE which is easily destroyed by noting that civilian police departments all issue such magazines to their civilian employees. I have never received a response to this point from Jet. When his erroneous comments are nuked by by me, he does not respond

Officers were seeking a suspect who fled in a black SUV, it said.

we don't know how he got a gun

if he owned the gun legally

if he was a fugitive for justice

a convicted felon

Actually he responds to nobody who nukes his statements all of which are asinine, false, loaded or just plain crap. This from a person who was claiming along with his fellow travellers in the ship of social destruction how good debaters they sre. Good debaters back up their claims with verifiable and accepted facts. Like there is no proof gun control has ever worked to reduce crime, the supply of guns to criminals or increased public safety. Has not stopped a single on of them. That they cannot refute it is irrelevant.
