Republicans were always potentially takers (bankruptcy, unemployment, natural disaster relief, medicare, etc) while they bitched about "other" takers.
This one is just a giant bomb for the independent, rugged, "take care of my own" Republicans. They will be begging like tons of other people. Hand out. Mouth open.
