"Houston, we have a problem."

President of the United States Donald Trump is busily reassuring us that the economy is doing well and the fundamentals are sound. Yet, he's reportedly asking the Fed for a 1% rate cut.

President Trump wants the US import/export balance to change with the US importing less and exporting more. His chief economic adviser, Mr. Lawrence Kudlow, a man who plays an economist on TV, is an advocate of the strong dollar.

What's wrong, economically, with this picture?

I don't see anything wrong with this picture. What do YOU see wrong with it?

Hi! Your response tells me far more about you than about President of the United States Donald Trump. Thanks for the reply.

Regards.

So...you can't answer my question?

That tells me everything I need to know about you.

You are dismissed.

Sounds like the same thing bush said as the economy started to tank. The fundamentals are sound.
