The American Resurgence can only be achieved through a revolutionary reform of the US Federal Tax Code.

It is time for wealth redistribution from the Federal Government to every single American Citizen through exempting every American Family from Income Tax if they earn less than $150,000 per annum.

The elimination of the Federal Gasoline Tax will end the War on The American Motorist because American Families have been over taxed by high spending - high spending administration for far too long.

The New American Revolution beats in the hearts and minds of the American People who want their taxes back, their jobs back and their country back.

Cutting Payroll Taxes will reduce the cost of employing American Workers and will reduce the cost differential between creating Jobs in America and creating Jobs outside of America.

Eliminating the American Foreign Aid Budget

Eliminating School Lunches, School Breakfasts, Food Stamps, Housing Assistance Payments will enable American Families to be lifted out of poverty through hard work and lower taxes..

How can starving children pay attention in school and thus elevate themselves out of poverty through education? This sounds like an inhumane disaster. Hard pass.

If American Families were paying less in payroll taxes, income taxes, and the Federal Gasoline Tax those Families would be able to support their Families and their child dependants themselves.

Lol, so your thesis is that school lunches is what's breaking our economy, and that if we just got rid of them, that exact money would magically redistribute itself to all of the poor families in America and they would use that money to feed their starving kids? Fascinating. Any studies or facts to back that up or is this something you just pulled out of your ass?

FYI most poor people don't pay much in taxes, so tax rebates isn't going to mean more cash in their hands. Not that you actually care about the children or their welfare, this is very much about you and your taxes.

The poorest Americans are not paying income taxes anyway. Perhaps a better way would be to keep the Federal Tax system we have an drop sales tax on basic food items.

I agree - this is not about the children in any way, shape, or form.

Well if State Sales Taxes were eliminated that would reduce the costs imposed upon poorer Families.

If Inflation was controlled properly the purchasing power of the dollar would be maintained and poorer families wouldnt keep seeing the dollar slowly being snipped away by inflation

You almost had me, until your last sentence. Since all of those assistance programs are based on income. If their income is low enough to qualify, the amount of taxes being taken out will not suddenly zoom them to self sufficiency. It is there to help people get on their feet, not as a lifestyle. Eliminating it does nothing as far as taxes go.

LOL...another "What about the children!?' post. I'll say this, lefties are consistent. Killing them in utero by the millions is far more virtuous.

So the OP suggests we get rid of all school lunches and breakfasts and this has nothing to do with children?

Feed your own damn kids. That's what food stamp programs are for, right? But I guess you're far more virtuous than i.

He also mentioned getting rid of food stamps. So you're agreeing with him that we should let the poor starve? Do you not realize how barbaric and violent starving humans can become and what that does to a society?

I tell you what, Somalia has no welfare, food stamps, school lunches, or anything similar. You can go there and enjoy no taxes and live in a libertarian wonderland. Otherwise stop trying to turn our country into Somalia, vote with your feet.

Yea, that's what I want. Look, while we should have temporary assistance for the needy, and full time care for those who through mental or physical restrictions, we have created a welfare class that is weakening us. Healthy people should not be made comfortable in poverty...give them a reason to get themselves out. Coddling 10's of millions on generational welfare simply promotes more of the same.

But again, you must be much, much more virtuous than I.

Considering you're arguing that school lunches are what's holding our economy back and want children to starve in schools, yes, it doesn't take much to be more virtuous than you.

Well I will state again I did not suggest we should starve people I suggested that we should concentrate on reducing tax rates both at Federal and Local Level and ensuring that Families can afford to maintain their living standards through work.

Cutting the cost of living through eliminating sales taxes and reducing the burden of taxes on low income househouseholds

If Families retained more of their income they would not need as much welfare

If Food Bills were cheaper we would not need the Food Stamp scheme that is why we need to focus on reducing prices instead of simply handing out more cash benefits and supplementary welfare support which simply do not work..

I was raised in a low income household and am not exactly rolling in dollars having lost my job in the recession I used to more Liberal views on Welfare but through observation, reading, and discussion with others I realised that the welfare system is not solving anything.

consumer prices went up 2.8% in the past year & they will go up another 2.0 % plus before year's end if projections are correct.

I have seen some items at my local grocery stores increase ~ 30% over the past 15 to 18 months; I wonder why that is?

inflation is a bitch ......... but hey, everything is just perfect according to the current crop of **** ..........

We need to create more jobs in low income neighbourhoods through reducing payroll taxes that increase the cost of creating new jobs because the closure of many manufacturing plants has decimated the availability of economic opportunities for low income citizens.

The Federal Government should be reducing Payroll Taxes that punishes small scale employers who want to create new jobs that is why America needs to eliminate payroll taxes for organisations that employ less than 5,000 workers.

Small and Medium Sized Businesses should be encouraged to expand where there are opportunities for expansion through reducing payroll taxes

I believe in lifting people out of poverty through creating more jobs, controlling Inflation correctly and reducing taxes on productive work and removing the disincentive to work.

The welfare system ensures a democratic voter base

I like the post but where does the money come from to pay the deficit and unfunded liabilities?

Cutting the size of the welfare state, cutting salaries paid to top earning bureaucrats by 25%, abolishing Federal Department of Education and Federal Department of Housing. Eliminating overpaid welfare payments.

I would love for several layers of do-nothing, entrenched bureaucratic bloatto be excised from federal agencies.

What I would never support is the elimination of school breakfasts and lunches. For some children, this is the only food they will eat, period, and they won't eat at all on the weekends unless they are creative. Some of them are responsible, even elementary-schoolers, for younger siblings.

You want a strong America? To invest in this nation? Stop talking sentimentally about how our children are our future, and meet their medical and nutritional needs.

I have seen this as well, but wages are not keeping up.

There's really no reason why we permit basic food items to be taxed. In fact, if we're going to subsidize anything, it ought to be basic food. Tax luxury items, like caviar, candy, truffles, and use that tax money to reduce the cost of milk, potatoes, vegetables, etc.

Food security is vital to a healthy nation.

It is time to return the nation's taxes back to their rightful owners The American People through eliminating sales taxes, gasoline taxes and reducing income taxes and payroll taxes so that we can create more jobs and rebuild our nation's industries after years of crony capitalist globalisation and outsourcing...

We should maintain strong national defences and the Military but should only intervene when American Citizens are threatened because America can no longer police the world

I didn't say that.

You're blaming welfare itself for the welfare state? Why do you think we started those programs in the first place?

The free market isn't there to make sure everybody has a job, it's only there to make money for people who already have some. What jobs there are, are merely a side effect.
