Actually if you break a rule you will be, if you break a policy you CAN be. It's really sad you don't know the difference. Luckily the NFL understands the difference and supports the players unlike the fascist scum Trump supporters.

Anyone that's ever had a job knows that company pol8cies are written to be followed. They aren't optional. The company doesn't write policy because they don't care if the policy followed.
