GOP Plans $1 Trillion Social Security Heist

I looked into the ACA five years ago, so my memory is rusty. As I recall, the program was altered under Bush to relieve some pricing pressure. As happens with the government, the exact opposite happened as the revisions drew a lot of customers. As I recall, Bush tried to end the change to no effect. Then it is a matter of ending the concept, and I believe that it took years to end the waste. That created $700 billion of savings. Because money is fungible it is very difficult to say where any one dollar went. In the process of rolling-up the cost and benefits, this change added $700 billion to the + side for the ACA.
 
Compared to the 4 trillion they have been stealing from our Social security and medicare funds that go back to their creation.
 
Obamacare was a scam from the start. They all knew it was a deceit, set up by and for insurance companies. Take the money that will need to be pumped into this fiasco to make it anywhere near solvent and put it toward SS if you're so concerned about that program. Where were you when Lyndon Johnson incorporated SS into the general fun; to make his was in Vietnam and War on Poverty look less financially irresponsible. Even the liberal Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan spoke against the move. I'll bet none of you have a problem with raiding SS when a Democrat administration does it. I never heard you complain about the deficit or debt under eight years of Obama.

How could you hear me complain when you've only been here for 110 posts?

I was more concerned though that immediate stimulus and measures would have saved us a pretty penny by the end of his Administration.
