I AGREE!!!

Three days before the 2016 election, Donald Trump said it would be "impossible" for government to work and "virtually impossible" for a president to "govern or lead" while under criminal investigation.

TRUMP: We need a government that can work and work well from day one for the American people. That will be impossible with Hillary Clinton, the prime suspect in a massive, far-reaching criminal investigation. Her current scandals and controversies will continue throughout her presidency and will make it virtually impossible for her to govern or lead our country.

Of course Clinton was not under “a massive, far-reaching criminal investigation” at the time. The FBI was simply reviewing additional emails found on a staffer’s laptop.

But Trump went further. According to a press release about the Nevada event still posted on his campaign website, Trump predicted that “the great special agents of the FBI” would indict Clinton, which would create a “constitutional crisis.”

It is very likely that FBI Director Comey, and the great special agents of the FBI, will be able to collect more than enough evidence to garner indictments against Hillary Clinton and her inner circle – despite her efforts to disparage and discredit them. If she were to win, it would create an unprecedented constitutional crisis. In that situation, we could very well have a sitting President under felony indictment and, ultimately, a criminal trial.

It would grind government to a halt.

Time to wake up now from you self induced fantasy. Trump is president. We have a Republican House, Senate, Supreme Court, governorships, and state legislatures. They way out is to change your ways so you don't keep on going downhill. Can you do it? Not if you keep on ignoring the real problem, yourselves.

There is nothing to investigate, so why have an investigation?

So why are you so enamored with V.P. Pense?

There is nothing to investigate, so why have an investigation?
How is it that you can assert, without facts, that "there is nothing to investigate?" How do you know?

What we do know is that Trump’s first national security adviser, retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, probably broke federal law by failing to disclose on a 2016 security clearance application that he had done business with Russia in 2015.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, said Flynn could face felony charges and possible jail time raises the specter that Flynn will become a key witness in the FBI’s and Congress’ investigations into whether members of the Trump campaign colluded with Russia in meddling in last year’s U.S. presidential election. Flynn already has said he will testify, if he’s granted immunity from prosecution.

But I do understand your willingness to sweep this under the carpet because you really don't want to know what went on.

The problem was the choice. To me both major party candidate's were horses-asses. Because both major parties nominated horses asses, we have what we have. I blame both parties for the Trump's presidency. The GOP should have known better in the first place to nominate someone who was a TV reality show host with no real ideology and had been a Republican for only 4 years. The Democrats should have known better than to choose their nominee prior to the 2012 election for 2016, rig the primaries in her favor and then expect people to vote for her. At least we don't have another family political dynasty. But that is about the only good thing I can say at the moment.

We have what we have due to choices made by the two major parties during the primaries. What else did they expect?

Any day now, they're going to find that smoking gun. Any day now. LAFFriot
The Senate Intelligence Committee has asked the White House for documentation on Flynn and the WH has refused. Why do you think they did that?

Do you have any concept how absurd your statement is. You can't say there was nothing to investigate until after you've had the investigation. See how that works.
